I have had continuous problems with the front office. I had an appointment today at 3pm (April 22nd) & was told to speak with someone else. I did & the woman said the doctor no longer worked there & they had tried to reach me with no avail. I never received any message from them & said so. She said “well can you prove that?” I looked up my phone calls & there was one phone call from apparently their office from April 14th which I didn’t recognize but it was a missed call & no message! I don’t appreciate being spoken to this way & it’s not the first time this has happened with the office staff. I’ll be looking for a new primary care doctor. I’ve also in the in past spoken to Dr. Arroyo about this behavior but apparently nothing has been been done about it.I’ll

You are thefirst person to listen and hear my issues and the first person to help me withthe pain I have been dealing with for a very long time!!The staff members I have had to deal with have been great also. I had to change my primary doctor because of an insurance change. I couldn’t be happier with the care Dr. Arroyo provides me. I received a call from Dr. Arroyo on a Sunday after. Dr. Arroyo called me to see how I was feeling. You can’t find these caring doctors much anymore. Fabulous doctor and staff.

Doctor Arroyo is my husband's doctor and her staff and doctor takes such good care of him. They are truly "Reflective Listeners".I appreciate the care they are providing my husband with.
