This is a fraud of a neurologist. To start, My appointment was at three and I wasn’t seen until 345. when I went back to the doctor he was consistently texting and did not seem interested in my serious medical conditions. Getting into a neurologist takes months and I wasted my time on a fraud. He looked at my arms and legs for 3 seconds ( I’m having numbness and weakness in my limbs for weeks ) and says I can’t help you and he will refer me to a different neurologist. But when I asked for the referral, they said that they needed to figure out which one and it would take time. He’s a neurologist, but doesn’t understand symptoms, have proper referrals, provide any helpful advice, didn’t look at my MRIS or CT, and said they don’t be EMGS there. I can’t believe I wasted my time. It’s very sad because I’m going though a lot and depended on a real neurologist to provide me answers!!! FRAUD! Do not trust him!!!
The BEST Neurologist I've encountered and I've encountered a lot of them. I would have episodes where I would pass out, severe headaches, dizziness and severe numbness on my right side. For decades I complained about these symptoms, that got worse as I got older. Then I had a stroke. Dr Choudary told me that he would find out why I had a stroke...and he did!! This man saved my Life!!! I have Moya Moya. He found a Neurosurgeon that could perform the surgery.I am beyond blessed to be his patient .
Worst neurologist that I have ever had to encounter for the 2nd time. First visit was decent although he lied and claimed he did not remember me from years ago. 2nd visit was the worst. He still had no idea who I was was. Called me Sir. He Could not recall that he prescribed me AIMOVIG. Forgot I was no longer on Keppra. Then completely overlooked me telling him that I have been getting pain in my head that feels like i am being stabbead with a butcher knife, to the point where i am going numb and cannot see. He over looked my response to his question and proceeded to recite lies to his computer stating, " Patient is still having headaches." Then I told him that this is not part of a headache. It just happens...I was ignored. Same ole doctor from years ago. He thinks he knows everything.....yet refuses to address the issue at hand which is actually the brain lesion in my head. I think he is predjudice against people of color. This is the 2nd time he hasn't taken any interest in helping me.
Very nice and friendly man. When requested to provide care, he showed up late at night to personally ask how I was doing. He truly is one of the best neurologists I’ve ever met.
Dr. Choudhary is a very nice and professional man. You can tell he’s very experienced and knows what he’s doing. Can definitely trust him with my life!
This doctor saved my life!!! He is my hero!! When I first saw him I had been told by 5 other Neurologist that they didn't know why I had several strokes and numerous Tia's. When I saw Dr Chodary he told me that he would find out why I had the strokes and the Tia's. And he did!! Turns out that I have a rare cerebral vascular disease called Moya Moya. He also found the surgeon to perform several cerebral bypasses. I trust Dr Chodary with my wife
I'm not even sure if Dr. Choudary is worth 1 star. I had 3 appointments with him. The first appointment went well. The other 2 were the worst experiences I have ever had a dr office. The 2nd visit they returned my co-pay before I even left the office. He was CLUELESS of why I was even there. I waited almost 2 hours in the waiting room. Guess he couldn't be bothered to read my file...right in front of him. 3rd visit was a follow up after a eeg at Tampa General. His office called and left me multiple voice mails, all of which I still have on my phone, trying to schedule an appointment. My assumption was they had my results from test. But when I arrived in his office, and had another 1 hour and 45 minute wait in reception area he once again asked me why I was there. Didn't wait for refund of co-pay. Took this as a $40 life experience fee. Don't waste your time or patience on this man. My experience is he just doesn't care!
This doctor doesn’t deserve a star ! I’ve been sick for 3 years and 25 doctors that I’ve seen couldn’t help me. I called the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville & they gave me his number cause they said Lakeland Regional Health work together. I drove 2 hrs to see him & I was his last appointment. he was so rud & said he couldn’t help me & he doesn’t work with the Mayo Clinic ! He told me to go to a psychologist & prescribes me meds for headache I had all my records from 3 years & he didn’t look @any
Excellent care. Made sure tests were completed in a timely manner.
4 years ago, I was admitted to hospital with inability to walk and decreased strength in my arms. In walked my angel Dr. Choudary. Keep in mind the day before I was completely normal and had worked my 8 hour shift. He immediately diagnosed me with Guillian Barre Syndrome and I am convinced he saved my life. It took me 3 months to completely recover but 4 years later, I am still working full-time without any problems. He was my and my family's cheerleader that whole 3 months. He is awesome!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
