Constant discrimination against LGBTQ veterans. The Director Corey Price is a monster!
It's been awhile since I have been there, but I was treated with the greatest respect while I was there. My wife stayed at the Fishers House and she had nothing but compliments about her stay there.
This VA is horrible. Especially with appointments. They constantly cancel on you. There automated system is horrible. Rude staff. Worse VA!
I am at a loss. Never have experienced such a lack of concern or care from the VA. I never hear from anybody for months then they want to do days on days of lab work with no communication on any of it. No one tells you anything. No one explains anything, No one calls you back. It's like I went in to donate blood and that's it.
Dont work for EMS (housekeeping) they treat you like your slow, and try to hurt you from getting better job positions. We reported a supervisor for SA and nothing happened not even a investigation.
I am so excited to be doing volunteer Pet Therapy with our dog Negan who is a Golden Retriever. I started the process of getting registered with the hospital as a volunteer yesterday and I had the most welcoming experience. From the minute I walked in with the women who directed me to the front desk for information of how to get to where I was going. The Gentleman at the front took extra time to show me exactly where to go. Vincent is who took my blood test and was so gentle and caring. He was so nice! Next I went to Charisse to get my finger prints and photo. She was the best and so nice through the whole process. I was so nervous to be surrounded by such greatness and everyone was so nice and caring. I can’t wait till everyone there meets Negan and we can bring smiles to people! Everyone there deserves the best since they have dedicated their lives to our country. Paws be with you ♥️🇺🇸
We had good, and efficient service at the VA WPB, today.(9/18) Dr. Johnson was awesome. Husband (Douglas Noe) was there, and was able to see his primary and obtained a prescription for antibiotics even though without prior appointment.(He just walked in)The nurse in the 9th floor (wish we got his name) was so efficient and timely and even brought the urine specimen himself to the.lab.and by 2:30, result was available, so we were able to see the MD then, and who then prescribed the medication accordingly. We were really impressed with the flow. What a great system!
Frances in the ER is rude shes too old to keep working around patients. I reported her to patients advocate and nothing happened, so I decided to write a review so everybody is aware if they have to deal with her in the ER. She comes off as bitter. The nurse benefits must suck because you can tell she’s way past 65 and her patience is non existent she needs to go!
some how they are always understaffed. they have a scheduling system that is designed to fail. waiting 6 months for an appointment just to be cancelled a few weeks out with no reason other then sucks to suck. they cant afford staff or the pay staff properly but they can afford super expensive beds and medical equipment that will just sit and collect dust.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
