I had to come back on here reason being you know all the insurance has changed this year of policies are different each doctors accepting something different and that important part of either having a PPO or HMO none of the offices want to tell you that until you've already made all the appointments and everything not here listen I also am just floored they answer the phone here I'm not going to say they Joanne literally every time I call this doctor's office answers the phone I'm just in shock but if you guys need a good doctor now be calling that to Riviera.....I haven't been there yet to see the doctor but making an appointment I'm pulling teeth getting Dr pages office to send over a referral so I called and I got like a guardian angel her name is Samantha so she's going to call and get my referral for me thank you Samantha you're one in a million .... Very well professionally done..

I have been seeing Dr Rivera for many years for pain associated with musculoskeletal and neurological disorders. His knowledge of medicine and the expertise he provides to his patients is second to none. I trust Dr Rivera with my pain management and appreciate the time he takes to listen to my symptoms, have the right testing (and re-testing) performed to determine the root cause of my pain, explain the testing results as well as any medical conditions and how to manage those conditions. He cares about his patients and treats them with the respect, compassion and the care that they deserve.

I have to say I am so glad my last doctor moved to Colorado. If not, I would have never been referred to Dr Rivera. I have been going to his practice for about 15 years. I think of Dr Rivera and staff as family. They are an amazing group of people. Dr Rivera might be psychic! I'm joking but he already knows what's been happening to your bones and muscles in the last month before you even sit down. Years ago, when there was an opiate problem, I was taking more than needed because I was given more than needed. He knew exactly what to give me. He went down on the opiates and increased my benzos. He knew I was on my way to Neuropathy, before I knew. He knew the painful symptoms I was having went beyond the seven specific conditions I was diagnosed with that was directly a result of a spinal injury. He mentioned the leg cramping and spasms I was having. He explained that benzos were a great muscle relaxer. I was so happy to be able to take a medication that would help my muscles because I could not take a muscle relaxer. They had an adverse effect so I had to deal with it. Dr R knew that a mild benzo throughout the day would help those involuntary muscle spasms. Everything he has done for me has improved my quality of life. He is amazing. I thank God all the time that he is my doctor.

Dr.Rivera is the best, very understanding along with his nurse Brittney. They take the time to listen and navigate the patient for the best way to get back to normalcy in their life. I would highly recommend.

Dr Rivera and his staff are fantastic. They treat you like family from the moment you walk in the door. Brittany was so professional and made you feel right at ease. Dr.Rivera takes the time with you and wants to do whatever he can to help in your recovery.

I went because I had to have a nerve test done, wasn't even sure what it entailed. His office staff was very pleasant and he had me laughing the whole time. He takes time with you and explains what is going on. I am so glad I was referred to him and his office.

I am a Worker'sComp pt who has been seeing Dr. Rivera for several months. Of course, he is the Dr., which the insurance company chose. I used to think very highly of him, however, I have never been fond of his staff. They have always been rude, disrespectful and highly unprofessional! It is very obvious when they rudely gossip, besides the fact that people are able to hear conversations. They performed a UA, which was a False-Positive, then discharged me from the practice. Then, I realized they never even had me sign the paperwork to perform the UA, so by law, they were not authorized, nor permitted to perform any test on me!!!!! I paid to have another test performed elsewhere and had my medication with me when I went to speak to Dr. Rivera. Kelly said, they didn't care. He wouldn't speak to me and that their test was right. Well, no it wasn't and quite frankly after thinking about it, I don't care to ever return to that office!!! They are all, obviously, very untrustworthy, rude,and sneaky. While there, I demanded another test and told them, your tests are not even FDA approved! She refused because she apparently knew I was correct, and several times, had no response to my comments for that reason! I never authorized the test and the test was NOT correct!!! WATCH YOUR BACKS WITH RIVERA'S OFFICE!!!! THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED....AND HE CALLS HIMSELF A CHRISTIAN?! WHAT A DISGRACEFUL, UNTRUSTWORTHY, ILLEGAL PRACTICE!!! I DON'T AND WON'T RECOMMEND AND/OR EVER REFER ANYONE TO GO TO HIM!!! I WOULDN'T PUT IT PAST THEM TO ATTEMPT TO BILL WORKER'SCOMP FOR TODAY, AFTER I NEVER SAW THE DR. It's, also, disgusting when a Dr. has too many pts that he can't recall who you are until looking at the computer even after numerous months! That's called greed and it's in the Bible, Rivera's Staff! Read it! It's also a HIPPA Violation for anyone to be discussing pts information! I know the law's!

I tell everyone that Dr Rivera is the smartest doctor I’ve ever known. He can pick out something wrong with me just by watching my moves. I also Thank Our Lord everyday for leading me to him 10-11 yrs ago. He has helped me by knowing how to treat my problems. Definitely not a doctor than hands out prescriptions. We sign a contract with him and he tests monthly to make sure no one needing controlled substances will ever break contract, if someone should they are immediately dismissed as his patient. He’s the best! I have so much respect for Dr Rivera ????????

I’ve been in pain for over 12 years, of course I’ve seen other pain management Facilities. Dr. Rivera’s office was quite far for me so I was hesitant. My Palm Bay GP recommended me to his office. I am a new patient. To visiting and he’s already taken control of diagnosing me without a lot of red tape, x-rays and MRI’s. Within 15 minutes I could tell he was very educated on his business, he asked very straightforward questions while looking at you. Meaning he is very attentive at what he does. And not that it makes him a better doctor than others, it just shows he is a very personable and compassionate person/doctor. Very hard to find. I also find his office staff to be pleasant and business like. Hey almost everything that anybody that has a problem with him will probably find a problem in just about any office.
