The ladies who came to my home were knowledgeable and eager to work. They kept me clean and fed well. They were eager to help and did more than requested. I really liked the experience and would hire Assisting hands again if the need arose.

Assisting Hands was amazingly supportive of both my parents’ needs as their health began to deteriorate. Tyler was very “hands-on” in helping to determine what our needs were and he and his team made every effort to accommodate my parents’ needs. I would highly recommend Assisting Hands agency to any family in need of home health care.

When my mother broke her hip, I contacted Assisting Hands and right away I experienced fantastic customer service from the woman that answered the phone to the case manager that called me back immediately even though it was a Friday night. Jean, the case manager, went above and beyond to keep in contact with me while my Mom was in the hospital & also in rehab. Their level of care is 5 star!

(I am writing for my husband) We discovered Assisting Hands while helping to care for our 100 year old neighbor. The home healthcare that she received was kind and competent. Questions and issues were handled quickly and professionally.A few months ago we had a need for heathcare and called Assiting Hands. The interview visit was so helpful and informative. Most important was the referral to Doctors at Home. We will keep this service whereby even bloodwork and vaccines are given in our home.I highly recommend Assisting Hands. Also appreciate their website with picture of the caregivers and their schedules. Excellent!

Assisting hands did an amazing job for our Family! We needed care for my mother who came home from Rehab after breaking a hip. They where able to set up care to start within a couple of days. The caregivers where all super nice and really helped boost my moms spirits and take care of her needs. After a week our needs changed and we took my mom home to live with us for awhile. Again Assisting Hands was very accommodating and cancelled the remains schedule. Everyone we dealt with was very nice a a special shout out to Michelle who was my moms favorite! Thank you everyone for making our experience so positive.

Assisting Hands has helped my family in two times of need. The first was a couple of years ago during my dad's fight with ALS. The second was this past month after my mom's recent discharge from the hospital. We experienced the same great service both times. Tyler, Jean, and others on the team remembered me and my family even after two years. Personally, I think that reflects a level of care that you don't often see today. The administrative team was excellent and checked in regularly. The scheduling team worked diligently to keep caregivers consistent and cover our challenging day/time requirements. The caregivers gave the same excellent level of care for both my mom and dad. I would definitely use Assisting Hands for future care needs.

This is a very responsive and caring company. We found the personnel from management to health care workers to be conscientious and critical to our loved one in his time of need. Their services provided a great comfort to our family.

I had brought in assisting hands to help me take care of my mother right up to the point that she passed away. Throughout the year and a half that we had them they were absolutely fantastic. We had 24-hour care which meant we had a team of caregivers. Every one of them did an amazing job. I could not imagine having gone through the last year and a half without them. We were absolutely blessed to have them in our lives.
