Double billing ? Look no further. This place is awful. Waited 2 hours and left, but they still billed my checking account and also Blue Cross insurance. I never was examined or received any service. I left and found another ortho. Beware — this place is shady.

Unsure about the glee and passion used to tell a person wearing a neck brace and using a walker they were considered a no show. We were told to arrive at 10:30 by our legal team. The office insisted on a 15 minute early arrival that was not communicated by our team. Just communicate that to us in the office and help us reschedule and work through the problem. Instead of being helpful, they were snarky and condescending. This review is strictly for his office not the doctor.

Very pleasant experience from promptly securing an appointment through treatment and follow up by Dr. Ziegler. Office staff was courteous and helpful with new patients paperwork. Waiting time was reasonable.

Incredibly rude staff. Apparently the receptionists don’t know or care why the phone is going straight to voicemail and enjoy humiliating patients for being late, even after I explained that I tried calling to let them know and was sent to voicemail, of course during the time which I apparently should have been there which was reprimanded to me twice by the larger receptionist with the long hair. I wasn’t even sure if they were open yet and figured that was the reason they didn’t pick up, as their Google hours state they don’t open until 9. When I explained that I was sent to VM, the response I received was “hm, not sure.” Very unprofessional. I have not realized how difficult it must be to hire friendly, knowledgeable employees, but now I do. Also, your Google hours say you open at 9 on Thursdays, not 8:30. Might want to change that, and maybe hire people who know how to pick up the phone. What a waste of my time.

Prompt, courteous, friendly and professional. Went in with pain and a trigger finger. Quickly and accurately diagnosed, treated and was pain free hours later. Trigger finger is gone. Kudos to Dr. Ziegler and his wonderful staff!
