Double billing ? Look no further. This place is awful. Waited 2 hours and left, but they still billed my checking account and also Blue Cross insurance. I never was examined or received any service. I left and found another ortho. Beware — this place is shady.

Unsure about the glee and passion used to tell a person wearing a neck brace and using a walker they were considered a no show. We were told to arrive at 10:30 by our legal team. The office insisted on a 15 minute early arrival that was not communicated by our team. Just communicate that to us in the office and help us reschedule and work through the problem. Instead of being helpful, they were snarky and condescending. This review is strictly for his office not the doctor.

Met with Doctor Ziegler and his staff for evaluation of my hands. Everyone was efficient and the evaluation was done professionally. Taking a wait and see approach for now was refreshing. Would recommend this Doctor and group to anyone in the future.

Dr Ziegler office staff is extremely rude, horrible customer service. I do not recommend this office. Dr might be good but he holds a horrible staff. Stay away.
