List of Carl Saladino's Reviews
This is one of the best medical clinics I have been to. And I'm known to be harsh healthcare provider CRITIC! Dr. Saladino just now called me... at 7pm on a Friday night to do a televisit so I wouldn't have to wait until Monday after I called him last minute!!! Has YOUR doctor ever done that? Probably not. He is THE BEST. My mother showed irregular heartbeat, so I wanted an EKG that day without an appointment, and they gladly did so, and then the doctor (himself) spent about 20 minutes meeting with us. I had a complex longtime issue I discussed with Dr. Saladino, and our meeting lasted about 2 hours! Don't tell me he doesn't care. And listening skills??? Are you kidding me? I quickly leave a practice if they don't listen (and I talk a lot and do my own medical research before I come in). I have NEVER had people listen so well, so patiently, and so intelligently. We discuss and come up with actions TOGETHER! The front office is more than friendly. The assistants are very positive and helpful. The nurse practitioner (Christina) is skilled and caring. For those surprise to see a nurse practitioner instead of an MD, welcome to today where you will more frequently see one instead of the actual doctor. BUT Dr. Saladino avails himself if you request to see him specifically. I know because I'VE DONE IT.
I just moved back to Florida after being gone for over 20 years and of course, all of my previous doctors have retired. I found Dr. Saladino through my insurance company as one of their providers. I initially chose him because he is Italian, and we seem to always take care of our own and he is no exception. His staff is incredibly warm, friendly, and thorough. Dr. Saladino takes his time when he meets with you during your appointments, and I never felt like I was being rushed or just another patient. I would highly recommend this office and I am very happy I found them.
Dr. Carl Saladino was responsible for my mother's death. 10 days before she died, she told me 1 yr before she was diagnosed with stage 4 terminal lung cancer Dr. Carl D. Saladino did a yrly physical on her & chest Xray he failed to call her & tell her he found a tiny tumor on her lung, When it could have been removed by surgery & saved her life. Then 1 yr later it matasicized & spread to her brain, adrenal glands both lungs, kidneys liver etc. She then died a horrible death. Dr. Carl Saladino was charged with failing to practice medicine for failing to keep written medical records & exploiting the patient for financial gain by medical board. My mom clipped the news report just a few days before her death.
The nursing staff does not listen, they call threatening no-show appointment fees when you didn’t schedule an appointment. You have to tell them the same thing about 18 times before someone listens, they don’t put anything in your patient chart and then tell you it’s your fault when they realize they screwed up. I say as a medical assistant and as a patient avoid this doctor
Lindsey is the best! I truly hope that you hang on to her in your practice. She is smart, intelligent, and has a terrific bed-side manner second to none. Keep up the great job Lindsey and we look forward to seeing you til our dying days ...hopefully not to soon. - The Campbell Clan
The front desk and nursing staff are great. Dr Saladino is just in it for the money. He didn’t add refills to my script(because as a doctor he said it was a controlled substance) funny thing is Walmart pharmacist told me that up to 5 refills could added. So in order for me to get a refill on my script I would have to pay $75 out of my pocket( because I have no insurance ) for a 5 minute conversation about the medication I’ve been taking for over ten years. If don’t mind seeing a nurse practitioner every time you go the office then this is the place for you.
He is by far the least professional doctor in the area. After waiting for an hour for my appointment I left the office. He followed me to the parking lot and started screaming at me and he was not wearing a mask. He told me to never come back to his practice and then cancelled all my prescriptions. He never informed me that he was cancelling my prescriptions and my live depends on some of them.
After waiting an hour after my scheduled appointment time I left the office. The doctor followed me to the parking lot and started yelling at me without a mask on. He is defiantly out of control.
Great Friendly Staff!
Awful Professional boundaries! I have been a patient of Dr. Salidano and very happy with his professionalism. However, about a year ago, Suntree Internal Medicine went through staff and office changes.Since the office staff changed Dr. Salidano’s practice has suffered from unhealthy professional boundaries. I have been receiving constant calls from his staff regarding scheduling appointments, having my bloodwork completed, etc. Recently, I received a call from a office staff shaming me in a message on my business phone regarding not scheduling an optional procedure. Following her phone call, I was sitting in the waiting room waiting for my fiancé, this staff member demanded me to speak to her regarding my inability to schedule an optional procedure in a timely manner.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
