Staff was helpful and friendly. So far I like Dr. Sarenas. She asks pertinent questions and actually listens to your responses. She's helping me contain my diabetes my way. My A1C is 5.9 so I'm pretty happy. She gets an A+ from me.

Don’t judge a book by its cover. Dr. Sarenas and her staff were very nice. The doctor listened to my concerns and was knowledgeable. The facility looked a bit run down, but the care was excellent. I’m looking forward to my return in 3 months.

Dr Sarenas has been my endocrinologist for diabetic care for almost 20 years. She runs a small practice which allows for excellent care. Her staff is wonderful and very helpful too. I would highly recommend her.

I called to schedule new patient appointment and they would not schedule without a primary care doctor referral. My insurance doesn't require a referral.

I had a referral and the front office turned me down because they were too lazy to look up my referral and then when I asked to speak to someone else I was told no one is there. Then the person proceeded to tell me the doctor only sees patient with diabetes. I don’t know much about the doctor but I don’t know how they will ever have patients with a front staff like theirs.

I called to make an appointment since my endocrinologist had passed away. I was told I had to have a referral, even though my insurance does not require it. I actually pay more for my PPO insurance so I don't have to get referrals. Told them I would find another doctor which I did.

I had been going to another endocrinologist in Brevard County and in all the years that I was going the other physician never explained everything to me about my disease. I would highly recommend her and her office staff.
