Terrible - rude, snarky EKG & Echo were done prior to visit. Dr did not even bother to look at Echo or EKG. This Dr did absolutely nothing. Was an awful experience and total waste of $$ and time.

Dr. Smull is rude snarky and uncaring. He does not try to help his patients. I never met such an unprofessional Dr. In my life. God forbid you miss his call like he is a god or something. He will then take hours to call again if ever even though it was an emergency. He would rather go on vacation.

Dr. Frankenstein has a better bed side manner than this guy, rude, uncaring, displays the " I don't care about you " face right out of the gate. Would not allow him to mop the floors at any hospital! Let alone care for people with challenging health conditions. He should be removed for practice.

My first visit with Dr. Smull went very well. He spent a long time with me, listened to what I had to say, and was very thorough. I felt comfortable with him. He let me know what is going on and explained it out to me and the next step as far as testing goes. I’m glad I chose him as my Dr.

Never did any diagnosis. Was recommended by Cardiologist. CHF and Shortness of Breath never improved. He's there to collect a check. Not patient friendly. Best thing was Novant Forsyth Medical getting rid of him. Wherever he goes next be sure to do your homework and background check.

Doesn't practice with a caring attitude. Didn't even know who he was. Had many appointments and never met him until shortly before he was leaving and the clinic got rid of him.

I am very fortunate to have met and have Dr. Smull as my Cardiologist. Dr. Smull is an awesome Dr., he’s very compassionate, knowledgeable and a great guy. I believe I was his second patient since his arrival to Melbourne and Health First. Dr. Smull and his staff made me feel like family and saved my life. He is a straight shooter which is a blessing. Highly recommend!
