David Whitley's Online Review Report Card

Our daughter was scheduled for surgery on 8/7/2023. We arrived at surgery center at 6:30am. She was ready for surgery, IV, medications too. Ten minutes after surgery should have started center received called that doctor would not come in and they were cancelling. Stopped at the office on the way home, the lady at the front desk was the rudest and the least compassionate person I have ever encountered. Given the circumstances, she treated us like it was our fault. I asked for office manager to request a refund as they charged us ahead of time for surgery. Lady at the front desk told me to sit and wait until 9am. At this point it is 8:10am. I am beyond disappointed in this office - my entire family comes here.

I’ve been seeing an ENT for well over two years after surgery to cure infection that I still have. I waited three months to see Mr. Whitley and he only talk to me for five minutes and told me to go back to my original ENT and did not care about my problems. This gentleman has no bedside manners and has no interest in the modern medicine business as I am on Humira and he does not care if I am sick very disappointed he is only in it for the money like every doctor go through the motions and cover his liability while they bill for nothing!

Today was my first visit with Brevard ENT. I was totally at ease with Dr. Whitley and relaxed immediately..he was very kind and he went over my medical issues carefully. I definitely would go back for for my yearly throat cancer checkups.

Dr Whitley saw me a few weeks ago he was very short , quick , poor bedside manner,,left the room in about 45 seconds ,,made a quick diagnosis said to me no cancer guess he has X-ray vision, this is to a breast cancer survivor, I was shocked , what happened to caring about patients , but my money was good,,called back since I was still having ENT issues no response , big disappointment,

Deserves no stars ,, saw me for less than a minute months ago for a sore on my nose told me to put cream on it left the room ,, well I have cancer and just underwent extensive facial surgery to remove the cancer he missed because he did not take the time to look let alone biopsy it was a classic basal cell carcinoma and because of his lack of care it grew bigger and deeper into my face , he is a horrible doctor that took no time to look,, and I am suffering a mutilated face now ,,,unbelievable had he taken time and not just told me to throw some cream on it my surgery would not have been so horrible,,,bad doctor stay away abd I paid him too for nothing

Great doctor!! Highly experienced and absolutely up to date on latest technologies and techniques in the ENT field. Listens!!

With my experience these people have been nothing but amazing to me and my daughter. The Dr. did her surgery and was very good at updating us and he was very good with my daughter. I have nothing but nice things to say about this office....and they don't only take people from rockledge. I lived in cocoa so that line is a load of bull.

Dr. Whitley was rude, short, uncompassionate, rushed and didn't offer any help that I didn't have to press out of him. He looked at me briefly and started to leave. I had to press him for help. Then when I check out I'm told "you are all set". Now I have a bill for 60$. Clearly NOT all set. The only positive I had was the lady who did the hearing test. She was bright, friendly and compassionate.

Not sure why this person said they only take patients from Rockledge, it's not true.

Very RUDE!!!! How can you say you only take patients that live in Rockledge????
