Dr. Gomez and staff are the best I've seen in a LONG time! Very efficient, courteous, and KIND. I was very anxious to have this double procedure ( colonoscopy and endoscopy.) I couldn't feel more comfortable than I did when the doctor came in to get started. It went Amazingly well! And to top it off, he played Barry Manilow as I went under the anesthesia! Thank you for making this a painless and easy procedure!!! You guys are the Best!!!

Unfair billing practice. When I made my appointment I asked 2 times if they were in network with my insurance and how much it would cost to been seen. I was assured that the cost would be my co pay. Imagine my surprise when I received a bill for $223.33. Making my total cost $266.33 for @ 20 minute assessment. Should be up front with total cost as many people are living on a tight budget

Despite my insurance (Blue Cross) not requiring a referral, and me having an ER Doctor referral anyway, they were unwilling to see me because I didn't have a referral from a primary care doctor. I'm 3,000 miles from home. I'm sure they believe there is some logic behind this, but I'm almost 50, and just came from the ER with a serious intestine problem, probably cancer. A routine colonoscopy should be done based on my age alone. And since my Insurance plan requires no referral, how do they justify extra barriers to a routine, possibly life saving, procedure? Did they have a reason? None. It wasn't a concern about my Insurance. It's just "what the physicians here require". Well congratulations for making medical care less accessible. Great job.

Dr Gomez is an OK doctor, however he works for Florida Digestive Health Services. Florida Digestive Health is a Fraudulent company. They bill incorrectly and add fake charges, violate the law in their billing practices and refuse to work with you. They will over bill you and attempt to send you immediately to collections.

Had an initial consultation with Dr Justin Gomez. The best bed side manner I have ever seen from a Dr. Thoroughly explained the procedure. Answered all my questions in depth. Gave options with recommendations. I didn’t feel rushed at all. Highly recommend!
