Francis Ashie's Online Review Report Card

If I could give no stars, I would. Very unprofessional, fails his patients at every turn.

A very long time ago my wife and I were patient’s of Dr Ashie. We both stopped going because of the excessive amount of time wasted waiting to be seen. Sometimes as much as two hours past your appointment time, and things haven’t changed at all on the time wasted waiting. We have moved on to a new Dr that gives you an appointment time where you may wait 15 minutes or so. My mother still sees Dr Ashie and can’t always drive herself, so I still play the waiting game when taking her to her appointment’s at his office. I’ve asked my mother to find another Dr but she say’s that she has been going to him for too long now and she’s too old to find another Dr. Please Dr Ashie find a solution to the wasted time that your patients lose waiting on there appointment’s to see you.

I worked in the medical field as a nurse for over 20 years. Dr Ashie is by far one of the smartest doctors I’ve ever met. Not only is he smart he has compassion and takes the time to listen to this patients .If you have something going on he will make sure he gets to the bottom of it and find the problem- not just prescribe 100 different kind of medications. There’s all new office staff and they’re all very accommodating. It’s true there is a wait time when you go there so be prepared but if you’re looking for a really good doctor then it’s well worth the wait.

The Doctor is Nice. But you will have to wait an hour after your appointment time to see him. And his staff is so rude and disrespectful, that you will think twice about going back. I'm not sure if he's aware of this problem. But if he doesn't fix it, he's gonna lose a lot of his patients.

My family has been going to this practice for almost 2 decades and since then the office has taken a sharp down turn in service and care provided over the last three years. The staff are very difficult to get anything done with you and you have to harass them to fax paperwork to other offices or to pharmacies for prescriptions. The stand in doctor is very rude to patients and disrespectful over the phone trying to talk over you and yell on the phone at you. It's anything but an office of medical professionals anymore.

We were in the process of shopping for a new primary because the previous one had moved out of the area. After asking around, our neighbor suggested that we make an appointment to see hers and we did. Both of my mothers were seen on the same day at different times by Dr. Ashie and they were very happy! They reported that they appreciated his calmness and that he didn't seem rushed, which you sometimes sense while visiting physicians. He spent some time with them as new patients. And for elders close to 80-years-old each, they found that impressive. Upon arrival, Latrice, one of the nurses, set a very positive tone. It made such a difference, because situations at times, can be depressing and morbid as it relates to doctors' visits. Latrice was very helpful, professional and most of all, genuinely welcoming. From beginning to scheduling the follow-up appointments, we were pleased. I can't say with all certainty that this is how service is usually rendered on a daily basis in this office to current patients and new-comers. Nonetheless, I'm reporting that today was a very good day and if my parents liked it, then I love it!

Dr Ashie is very professional and knowledgeable. I wish I had met him earlier. I’ll recommend him any day. Thank me later.

He is a phenomenal Doctor. Love his dedication to his job. Would recommend him as a doctor in a heartbeat. The only flaw is his office staff. Very unorganized, very unreliable and they blame the doctor for their shortcomings. So sad, but I'm sure it will get better, so I stay. He is the best doctor I've had in 50 years :)

Dr. Ashie is a wonderful doctor. He is intelligent and knows the medical field very well. He deeply cares for his patients and their health. He spends the allowable time that he can with his patients.
