Jasen Kobobel's Online Review Report Card

Very disappointed with the service. Feels like a money grab, they require a visit for literally everything. Even when it's their own fault they still want you to come in so they can charge the insurance. Seemingly everyone in the office is negligent, from the receptionist (Erica) to the nurses station. Incredibly unhelpful and inconsiderate.

Worst office I've been to in my 60 years. I have them for my Primary Care. I've never seen Dr Kobobel there. I have been on the same generic (thyroid) prescription for 10 years. Trying to get a refill from them is painful. They ask me come in for every refill request. No Dr anywhere else has asked to see me more than once a year for this. Calling the office is useless as no on ever doesn't anything without 3 or more calls. I'm healthy and don't need to see them often. If it's this difficult for a prescription, I hate to need them for something important.

Dr. Kobobel became my primary physician a few years ago. He's a very thorough doctor with great bedside manner.

This is the WORST place! They don't return phone calls, the staff are RUDE and they do nothing but scam, they tell you you won't need referrals, and you will, but then they make you come in for another visit to get the referral ($100 per visit for self pay) I have reported them to the BBB....SCAMMERS!

This would of been my very first appointment with this office. If i could give this no stars i would i waited a week for this appointment for a dermatologist. They called me a day before my appointment and told me that they needed information for the family physician and i told them no i made a appointment for a dermatologist and they said 'oh no that is a different office in merritt island' The receptiveness are not very helpful and they are rude. When the merritt island office found out the rockledge office had made a mistake they never called to fix their mistake of cancelling my appointment they never offered me a new appointment until said something. Come to find out that Dr. Kobobel, is the family physician and the dermatologist all in one i would rather keep the two doctor separate because this is why his own receptiveness are confused.

Don't trust this doctor, he will mess you up. Don't enquire about switching your medicines - he will discharge you. Warning - he says he a Christian but it all a front to get patients. His staff doesn't know how to take messages and they don't return phone calls. Kobobel cares for no one by himself and doesn't take ownership when they do something wrong and blames it on you. He's only ok for a walk-in clinic for one time for a cold. Don't use him for a primary doctor for anything else.

You're wasting your money with this so-called doctor. He doesn't care about you and only the money. He pushes unproven or lack of procedures for his own financial gain. Never question switching your medications or he will discharge you. His staff doesn't take messages very well and is incompetent. Kobobel portrays he a strong Christian but it's only a front to get clients. He doesn't practice it and is careless to others. He will not spend detailed time with you and will not discuss multi-items at one time. He will insist you schedule visits for each item so he can get paid more. He doesn't take ownership when his staff makes a mistake because he doesn't care about you. Extremely poor doctor. Only good for a walk-in clinic for a cold and never see him again. Warning - don't use him for a primary doctor - he will mess you up.

I always see Melissa when I go. Very professional, personable, and right to the point. Appointments always go quick and smooth.
