List of Jian-Jun Chen's Reviews
My former GI was very personable and very involved in my treatment. I find Dr. Chen to be very distant and not the least bit interested in my treatment. No connection whatsoever. When the meds he prescribed did not work after several months, some other doctor met me at my appt. to tell me to increase freq. of the meds. They never called my online pharmacy and this has been months ago. No progress checks, nothing...nothing about this doctor makes me feel more than just a number. Unhappy
When I was sick and needed him, he was too busy to see me for 17 days. Secretary told me to go to a walk in or my GP. I moved here the end of March. I saw Dr. Chen's helper as she called herself two weeks ago so I've never seen Dr. Chen and never will. The PA was brusk. My new GP is also too busy to see me for a week. If you are sick in Titusville go to Orlando not here. The area is known asthe Bowl (as in toilet bowl) for medical care.Good nickname if you need a GI doctor. I'm unhappy
I had a Colonoscopy by Dr Chen and found him to be very friendly and personable. I went through the procedure without sedation and Dr Chen's technique caused me no discomfort. One polyp was removed, which they sent to a Lab in Texas and got the results back a week later. My wife will be getting her Colonoscopy done with Dr Chen next week.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
