John Brodnan's Online Review Report Card

On 13 October 2022 my mother saw Dr. Brodnan for a routine visit. She had recently fallen and hurt her ribs, was in a lot of pain and very congested (I could hear it over the phone-- both in her voice and by her cough). He offered a prescription for X-rays. I have no idea what a routine visit entails, but I can only imagine that a pulmonologist would listen to someone's chest. The next evening, Friday the 14th, my mother was admitted to the ICU at Steward Hospital, where they put her on a ventilator and extracted 300 ml of blood from her left lung, which had partiallly collapsed. There was also air and fluids in her chest cavity. IMPOSSIBLE TO BELIEVE THAT A COMPETENT DOCTOR WOULD NOT HAVE DETECTED SOMETHING AMISS IN HER LUNGS.

Dr Brodnan had a great demeanor and assured me of a path forward. The staff was great and helpful when I couldn't find the place.

I like Dr. Brodnan. He was assigned to me while I was in the hospital in February for Covid. 19When ER wouldn't listen to me about my breathing problems. He listened. I told him felt like I was being choked and my daughter's research was my voice box. I tried to pull the tube out and probably did some damage. He put me on steroids for asthma and said It should clear up the information of my voice box and it did. Interesting. The people on the long haulers Facebook site with the throat problem all had tried to pull the tube out. Visit 2.my asthma has kicked in,. He prescribed steroids and keep using simbocort and nebulizer if need. Glad to say asthma isn't waking me up now. Hope it continues when the 10days are up.. i hadn't used my nebulizer in years, my Albuterol meds expired in 2018. Covid activated it. That's one of the reasons I am a covid long hauler or. Long covid as it's called in Europe .

Everyone in Dr. Brodnan's office is very friendly and professional. They go to the max to meet your needs and go out of their way to be polite and courteous and always answer my questions to satisfaction. Dr. Brodnan, himself is a truly concerned professional and keeps up to date on my condition in order to administer the proper treatment. I would definitely recommend Dr. Brodnan and his office to anyone who asks.

Dr. Brodnan remains a trusted skilled and professional medical doctor who has our full confidence whether for a critical issue or routine visit. One of the best in his field!

He and his staff made me comfortable on the first visit. Straight to the point and with no worry.

I have enjoyed going to Dr. Brosnan, he is very nice and understanding. There is not along waiting period in the office waiting room. The staff at the front office is very kind and helpful. It has been a pleasure to be Dr. Brodnan's patient.

Love the doctors and staff always very friendly. Just yeah just didn't like paying a $50 copay it's our copay to find out that the diagnosis was negative when I could have been given it from my family physician, or by a phone call.
