John Kennedy's Online Review Report Card

Disrespectful of others time! My 3rd visit with around 3:00 appointment times and we don’t leave until dark! Today appointment scheduled for 3:30 so arrived at 3:15, called back at 3:25 then sat in patient room for an hour + 15 minutes and still never saw Dr Kennedy! Excuse they always give is that “the doctor runs late because he gives each patient as much time as they need” Such an excuse!! Clearly you are over scheduling your day and requiring others to waste theirs. I pulled my boys out of school early. My son missed 2 honors classes. If our 3:30 appointment meant not seen until 5:00 it wouldn’t have been necessary for him to miss class. Now he will have honors class makeup work on top of his typical homework load. He also missed out on his job he does helping a neighbor. After close to an hour + 30 minutes we left without being seen. Will find another doctor that values others time instead of stacking too many patient appointments. I’d lose it waiting that long with a little one.

My baby didn't have a bowel movement for 10 days and I was told by Dr. Kennedy that it was nothing to be concerned then it turns out I got wrong advice from him about what to feed my baby and he was extremely underweight because of his advice and wasn't even accountable. I am in the medical field and know he can be sued over this, then I was told to find another doctor because of our disagreements.

Dr. Kennedy was the best doctor my daugther had i really miss him and was hurt when we had to move, if i could go back he will be the only doctor my daugther will have

Dr. Kennedy is a great doctor for both my sons 10 years apart. He is always very confident, calm, and professional. I trust him.

This office is like a revolving cattle-call. There are always long waiting periods. Dr.kennedy was very egotistical and pompous. Dr.kennedy performed a lot of faux diagnostic tests which did not result in any findings. Dr.kennedy was not a good listener and actually insulted my sons elementary school which has the best reputation in the county. Dr.Kennedy did not notice an obvious lump below my son's rib cage and so it went unnoticed until I pointed it out. I don't care about his lousy manners but to be incompetent as well does not work for my family. If you can not get Dr.Nappenberger at this office it is not worth going to.

Excellent Doctor. Very educated and friendly with children. However seems to have a clock in and clock out mentality. Horrible front staff are rude and uneducated minorities. Nurses are wonderful and very skilled. The mgmt of Peds of Brvd makes you feel like a number. No personal experience. Also, expect a wait. The doctor will take care to take his time with you and answer all questions, however he does this will ALL patients. Max record wait time for us was 3 hours from arrival to departure!!!
