I called Dr. Gomez office to make an appointment as a NEW PATIENT the front desk that answered the phone is so rude and disrespectful also hung up the phone while talking to her. Definitely not going here. Customer service in the medical field is everything.

Got a referral to see them for a second opinion over an issue I’ve had for years and they told me they don’t do second opinions that they wouldn’t see me that Brevard county was a small community and one doctor didn’t want to go against the other doctor. So don’t go there if you want to be able to have control over your own health. I’ve never heard of such craziness im all my life. I strongly suggest to find another Gastro.

I got a referral to come see Dr. Gomez for an issue that I’ve had for years. I did see another gastro over two years ago and wanted a second opinion and the office told me they don’t do second opinions. That Brevard county was small and Dr. Gomez didn’t want to go against another doctor. I strongly suggest finding another doctor if you want to be able to have control of your own health… I’ve never heard of not being able to get a second opinion.

Had an appointment and received a refill on medication for acid reflux, episodes continued to get worse. I called the office 3 times before some one actually spoke to me. She was going to consult with the Dr or Pa and get back to me. Four days later I ended up in the emergency room. They gave me a script and said to follow up with your GI Dr… I called left a message and still no return call… not saying it’s the physicians but office staff needs retraining

Everyone at this place was so friendly and helpful. You really feel cared for coming to this place. I had my health insurance cards on my phone so I had to email it to the front desk and she took the time to print out a copy for me. It was so thoughtful. And Dr. K was wonderful. Really listens to you and helps to educate you in what’s going on. I can’t say enough good things about the environment. The ladies at the front desk, the staff in the back, the nurses and the doctor were all just amazing! HIGHLY recommend!!

The process was very easy, very efficient. The entire staff were knowledgeable with a kindred spirit filled with humor, all the while explaining all diagnosis, prognosis and expectation concepts thoroughly. All apps were arranged with follow up calls for reminders or for any questions. They were all wonderful.
