I would never take a child here. He doesn't have the patience for them. It seemed like it was a big inconvenience for him and didn't know why my son was even referred to him. After the exam was done we changed my son's diaper in the room and threw it in the trashcan in the room. After that he came in and said to not throw the diaper in the room because it may be weeks before the bag gets changed. I told him we already did and he tossed the gloves at the nurse and said well you better get digging for that diaper in the trashcan. Totally unprofessional attitude in front of patients, and disrespectful to his staff.

My daughter had a slight arm fracture, went to get a cast. Got upsold a bunch of add ons. When we went to leave they showed us a list of things our insurance wouldn't cover and it was all the upsells. I asked why they didn't tell us what the insurance did and did not cover prior to making solicitations. They had no reason. Also was surprised that I had to pay there, they wouldn't bill me. Also would have been great information to know prior to coming in. The wait and the lack of professionalism I can live with, their business practices were shady at best.

Imagine getting a call from your son’s school that your son got hurt at his football game and meet them at the hospital.Imagine being told that your son needed emergency surgery on his knee and tibial bone with a Dr You didn’t even know… full Panic mode! Dr Robinson came in sat with me and explained everything in detail to me. He answered all my question and got straight to the point. He gave me a sense of peace I was still freaking out a bit I mean that’s my son. After surgery once again Dr Robinson came in the waiting area explained everything to me again in detail,What he found, what he did everything. The follow up at his office was just as good not to mention my son scar looks amazing I mean you can hardly see it. He is a awesome doctors with a awesome staff.

Dr. Robinson, Anna and all of his staff are wonderful and truly caring. I had to have metal wire that had been put in my knee when I fractured it 3 years ago removed. I have to admit I was a bit anxious but I was reassured that this surgery wasn't anything like my original repair. After I woke up in post op I was told I could put my full weight on it and walk on it. I actually was able to walk on it with little pain. Dr. Robinson is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I knew I was in good hands. It's been 5 days since my surgery and I'm in minimal pain and that's from the wound healing I'm walking and blessed to have my knee useable again. I'm very thankful to be under the care of Dr. Robinson and his staff.

Dr. Robinson and his staff are amazing. I appreciate that Dr. Robinson takes his time, listens carefully and addresses all your concerns. I’ve been a patient for years and my boys see him as well. He takes great care with children and adults alike. He’s a wonderful, warm doctor that cares about his patients.
