List of Marja Sprock's Reviews
I had a very positive experience with the staff and Dr Sprock. She did not rush thru the initial visit and was clear about the findings and possible treatments! Candid, friendly, and knowledgeable left me feeling I was in the right place!
50.00 Cancelation Fee is ridiculous ! Especially when you have family or friend in hospice & they pass away & you cancel the day of appt They want to charge you plus add fees No Way TRISTEN IS UNPROFESSIONAL UNCARING AND I AM OUT! NOT PAYING A CENT!
The staff will not discuss a bill and directs you to an email address. I was emailed an explanation of my bill and asked Trevor call me to discuss it. I have 2 insurance policies and this office insisted I owed $6. They then added a $10 late fee and $1.78 credit card fee. No one in the office or email would call me despite my request. The front desk will take your payment but will not discuss bill. The Doctor just lost me as a patient over $6! Previous interactions were un-satisfactory such as when I requested my medical records which took them 10 days to provide!
Friendly staff. Doctor busy but spent time with me to explain & answer questions. I would recommend her highly.
I have never had such a poor experience with a doctor or practice. I waited about 2 hours with no apologies. This a horribly run practice and they will bill you for procedures that they did not perform but argue that I couldn’t tell because Dr. Sprock is so good. What doctor performs a procedure without informing the patient?!?!. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone from billing as they do not have a billing department. Front desk person Kelly told me to use the portal which they do not monitor for messages. After several weeks and phone calls , she finally gave me an email to Tristan who may or may not be the office manager. They refuse to have an adult conversation over the phone. They actually told me in the email that if I didn’t pay the incorrect bill, then I wouldn’t be able to continue seeing Dr. Sprock. As if I would ever set foot in that place again.
I expected a prescription. Instead she said I needed surgery. I have had "repair" surgery but I was told that when they saw WHAT she had done there was a chance what ever they did it would likely make it worse. I was awarded435000. Plus legal fees. She started the filing for bankruptcy. I was lucky to settle for enough to cover legal fees. As for me, now I am totally incontinent. My daughter Michelle gave up her life to take care of me. Thank you Dr. Sprock
I just left the office after not being able to see Dr Sprock, or even being taken to a back room. Since it was a new patient appointment there were, of course, a bunch of papers for me to fill out. Page two is a consent to treat that gives them consent to do certain procedures at every appointment with no additional discussion, one of which is urinary catherization. Since my concern was not in any way related to a urinary issue I did not want to sign that without discussing it with the doctor first. I was informed that they would refuse to see me if I didn't sign the consent first and they would also charge me a $50 cancelation fee. I even asked if I could write on the paper that I was signing pending discussion with Dr Sprock and they refused stating that "this is our office paper and you are not allowed to change it". So I confirmed they were refusing to see me since I wouldn't sign the consent first and then left. As a secondary note, the paper also states that you are responsible for paying for these procedures if your insurance refuses to, so if they do an unnecessary caths every appointment and your insurance company refuses to pay for them you are on the hook yourself. This office is ludicrous. Lastly, the waiting room smelled horrible and there was a dog barking in the back the whole 30 minutes that I was in the waiting room. I personally would never recommend that anyone signs anything giving consent to procedures without being able to discuss them with the doctor.
They charge $500 for a first time self pay visit. And when you ask how much a follow up visit is they don’t give you a straight answer. There biller also doesn’t apply charges until over 6 months of your visit. And if you don’t agree or want other alternatives to what Dr. Sprock tells you forget about it.
Dr. Marya Shprok is the best doctor in my experience and an excellent urogynecologist. She is an optimistic person who gives you hope for healing. I and my family like friendly and professional staff at her medical office in Rockledge.
Made an appointment. When I got there the first thing they wanted to do was charge me. When I refused to sign one of their forms they refused to see me. I said fine, I want my money back. Then they had the nerve to charge me $50 for a concealed appointment. Not Happy!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
