List of Marta Herrera Soto's Reviews
Dr. Herrera is a very good physician as she would spend time asking and answering questions. This is the best part. However, she has a serious issue with the misuse of her medical acumen. Her office may bill insurance for the tests that was not conducted or you are not aware of, and when confronted she wouldn't explain why those charges show up with insurance, especially the ones that are on the preventive care. I don't know if that is part of the malpractice. I also have experiences with her office and billing, where she would send lab work to some unknown places. You wouldn't know until those labs send a fat bill when not paid by the insurance. I spent hours arguing with the labs that I didn't authorize those tests at all. Nothing doing the lab would want their money. It took many hours of arguing back and forth to zero out that account. On one occasion, her office sent my spouse's medical report for evaluation of eligibility for my long-term care. When I brought up the matter, Dr. Soto just deflected the question, didn't care that I did not get the long-term care, and did not send the correct report later. With all these issues, I still liked Dr. Herrera Soto because I felt that she is a caring human being and because of that we stayed with her for primary care.
Dr. Herrera is the best. I have chronic anxiety and can drive a doctor's office crazy ( not on purpose) but she always is here to help as well as her staff. Very friendly staff.
She is the best Dr. I have had she is the only one that I've really loved too go see she actually cares about your health and how you feel I would recommend her anytime too anyone she's a very caring person I feel we are on the same level and I can be completely open with her that's rare u can feel that way after inly a feel months under her care .. and I really appreciate your staffs time with helping me out when I wasn't feeling well and putting up with me calling constantly thank you all so much ..
The whole team don't know what they doing at all ESPECIALLY the girl named Liz short for Elizabeth she's the dumest in her career n has a huge attitude n manager nor doctor address anything to fix I think this office should just be closed .
Buen servicio
Excellent Doctor, love her. Office is well run and staff is great. She takes her time and goes over all tests in fine detail. Refills requests are sent same day.
First Impressions: Elizabeth and Tina were very nice to me. I was told my co-pym was $100 I said no, it should only be $45. I was calm, not angry and was polite. However, the attitude of this person, who did not introduce herself but was later told her name is Marimel (could be misspelled), was uncalled for and unacceptable. I have been in customer service for over 40 years and it saddens me to see that the bad staff reviews that I read for this office are true. Dr. Marta is being done a dis-service by having such a non-caring, harsh, 'couldn't care less' individual working for her! This individual completely dismissed the fact that I had a Health First representative on the phone who was verifying the information that I was presenting! Then to be told, "Well, we are Not a network provider for Health First!" Sarcastic, non-empathically, jaded person. A total waste of time. I was told they did take Health First Ins. I shouldn't have to ask if they are In Network also.
doesnt pay her employees overtime pay.
"Primero, no hagas dano"
1/20/2020 I just call as a new patient and the lady or rude person that asnwer was like on a speed drug. Kind of like, hurry! I'm busy! I told her that i was on a anxiety medication and her answer was, "we do not take new patients on that type of medication" no reason at all just hung up! What kind of a doctor office is this? Seriously!! Lack of professionalism!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
