I have nothing but wonderful things to say about everyone I dealt with at this location. I DO NOT do well with MRI's. Everyone from the front desk to the techs were extremely helpful, kind and understanding . I highly recommend Open MRI of Rockledge.

Have been here a couple times for neck and knee MRIs. The staff is always pleasant, respectful, and professional. They are very informative about testing beforehand and try to make it as comfortable as they can get it for you.

I cannot say enough great things about Joann the MRI tech. She prayed with me throughout the entire hour and a half. She played praise and worship music to calm me. She is the epitome of a caring servant who meets the individual needs of her patients. God bless, Joann!

I booked and evening appt at 600 since this was all that was left for the week . The office called me two separate times to do precheck paperwork and I told the second woman I had already done . We did it over anyway. The staff were very friendly at the front when I arrived . The lobby not clean though and very unkept. I went back to get my knee MRI, and the tech asked if I wanted the music louder . No earplugs or headphones offered . I really wasn’t thinking about it until half way through . MRI can damage hearing , and my ears have not been right since . Pleases take your own to wear . Also went to my surgeon to reviews images. Not well done at all . One star for nice staff .

My experience was wonderful, the administrative staff, very well knowledge about my insurance, they catch a potential situation with my insurance before happened. The imaging day, the technician was amazing, telling everything step by step, she even asked me for my favorite music, and she found it. Excellent.

This place is amazing! If you have claustophobia there's no need to fear, Open MRI is here. The machine they have is short, tall, and wide. It's not a tight fit like normal MRI machines. Add to that Joanne, the absolutely fabulous Technician. She made me feel comfortable and calm. I'll never go anywhere else.
