Wonderful! He performed two surgeries, one a biopsy and the other a lumpectomy. He spelled out everything and actually left it up to me to decide with his help. The care and concern was clear and continuing throughout my time with him. I would recommend Dr. Thompson to anyone needing surgery. He is the greatest. And his nurse Phyllis is also a super nurse.
Excellent service. I have 2 surgery with him and I'm very grateful.
Excelente servicio. Tuve 2 Sirugias con el y todo salio muy bien. Siempre puntual
I went to him on recommendation of my gastroenterologist who told me I had diastasis recti... So this "dr" tells me there is no operation for this and I am having these symptoms because I am getting old. Well, I went back to work and my stomach ruptured and I ended up the the ER. Yes, there is an operation after-all for my condition...It is call an adominoplasty. The hospital said I needed an immediate operation however due to the Covid I have to wait. I also can not work due to it becoming severe...........stay away!!!!

This so called Doctor operated on me to install a feeding tube into my small intestine. That was on a Tuesday, he released me from the hospital on Thursday. I went home and woke up at 3 am projectile vomiting. Went to the ER and another Doctor found that the tube Thompson, (notice I didn't use the term Dr.), had installed had come out of my intestine and my intestine was dumping into my body because of Thompson's incompetent work.
he was rude and unprofessional and in a hurry to go on vacation, caused my husband to have his surgery redone by another surgeon. after Thompson's failed. A two day stay, became 10, after Thompson sent him home without checking to make sure intestines were working properly. An emergency room trip followed. Paul Thompson is better suited for a research position. He's self absorbed and dangerous for patients
no empathy, argumentative with a patient, my friend, who was clearly in pain and newly recovering from pain medication and surgery, facing an unknown future. No, I would never recommend him to anyone
I went into the ER with appendicitis. Dr. Thompson came and evaluated me and said I wasn't sick enough to operate. Told me to go home and wait until my appendix burst and I got sicker to come back. I would never let him operate on me. I went back to the ER the next morning and had a different surgeon operate. Appendix was 2x it's normal size. Bed side manner was horrible! I would not recommend him to anyone!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
