1. The lack of interest in the patience's condition. 2. Lack of support for suggested relief. 3. Either over worked or disinterested office staff to help with follow-up.

Dr Crain provides a thorough examination and takes the time to understand your situation.

DR Crain was to operate on me on a few different occasions, something always seemed to get in the way, delayed over and over. Finally a week before surgery and Dr Crain declined the surgery, she claims it's not her(right). Office refers me to Mayo Clinic, I can't afford this,she knows that,she doesn't care. Dr Crain is very self absorbed, it's all about her, she doesn't have a plan of action or contingency if something goes wrong, expects her staff to preform miracles, and the patients to do her leg work. Disappointing to say the least

I visited Dr. Crain 2 times now because my throat and tonsils are hurting very bad & i have been on antibiotics for aweek and there is zero relief from chronic tonsillitis! I feel like i should go to the hospital because i cant hardly touch my swollen lymph nodes all down my throat and neck! My tonsils are on fire and i feel disoriented in my ears and head! I am scheduled for a tonsillectomy next month! I am in so much pain and discomfort, i cant sleep and feel like i could throw up the pain is so bad! I have gone to urgent care 3 times since February and my body is immune to amoxicillin! I dont know what else to do & when Dr. Crain looked at my throat & she said it doesn't look that bad! it seem like no big deal to any Doctors and its debilitating! Sincerely Your patient!

De. Crain was rude and not very helpful . She seemed rushed and not interested in my case.

Dr. Crain was my son ent doctor on October 9th 2013 my son and his grandmother decided to visit my niece at the hospital before my son's appointment as they were leaving the hospital my son stopped breathing. Dr. Crain had came to the hospital to check on him during office hours. I'm very thankful for the compassion, and love that she showed my son.

Do not go to see this doctor.. she acted as though I was wasting her time and has no patient empathy. Horrible bedside manner. Maybe she was having a bad day I don’t know but I have talked with others who expressed the same. Not a good feeling when you leave a new doctor feeling like you were a bother..
