RUDE < HORRIBLE STAFF GOOD LUCK TO THIER NEW PATIENTS BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD EXPERIENCE

Was basically turned away.

Nearly impossible to get a person when you call this office. Always have to leave a message and the call back time period is unpredictable...some times days.

Dr. Rita Jain, her NA Brenda, new patient coordinator, Jennifer and her entire staff are so wonderful and caring. My Hypothyroidism has been out of control for awhile. My wonderful new primary physician, Dr. Jordan Loftis of Complete Care, Merritt Island referred me to Dr. Jain and sent what lab results he had accumulated to them. Jennifer recognized that my levels were off the charts and got me an appointment within a week when there's usually a 3 month or greater waiting list. I started with giving Brenda all my data and she put me on a different medicine for 6 weeks and new lab work to be completed at the end of this period. Dr. Jain called me personally on a Saturday and discussed my results because she didn't want me unduly concerned the entire weekend. What doctor does that? Well, she does. After hearing the side effects I've endured, she is providing me with a new medication trial for 6 weeks and then lab work to be completed with some additional labs ordered. We had a virtual session on Monday and I just find her to be so attentive. Thank you, Dr. Jain and your entire staff for being so caring and efficient.

I’ve never in my life left a review on any place. But I’m very upset with my experience with this doctor. I have hashimotos and have to get routine blood work and take medicine daily. Not only did they forget to send my medication in, but they never even sent my blood work order in, and don’t have it on file. This is a terrible practice. Very unorganized and do not recommend.

I was called 4 times in the span of ten minutes for payment . When I had to cancel because of her attitude, she she still was rude and hung up on me.

Extremely rude staff. Extremely!!! Will never reschedule due to interaction with staff.

I was told that I needed a referral and have to be diagnosed before the Dr. would see me, I think this is ridiculous and I will not be calling for another appt. not that they would even let me make an appt! The person that answered the phone was very rude (Jennifer was her name).

I called to get an appt., Debbie indicated, Dr. Jain only excepts patients with referrals! Her website did not indicate this, it did indicate many insurances they accept, which Medicare was one. This leads me to believe patient care & wellbeing of a potential patient is NOT a priority.

I'm a retired medical professional and was stunned at the unprofessional climate in this office. When I called to get a Synthroid prescription renewed I was berated by the person answering the phone implying I should just contact my primary physician to renew my prescription. I use a mail order RX company and. for years have had RX for one year with three month renewals automatically. When I asked why Dr. Jain can't do that the receptionist stated I should use my primary. I have taken Synthroid due to surgical removal of the thyroid 22 years ago so it is a necessary daily drug, There is absolutely no need to use an endocrinologist if they can't take care of their patients, especially when the receptionist cannot adequately communicate with the patient or the doctor. Unbelievable.
