Office staff was rude and not at all compassionate. I asked to talk to the dr. after my spouse's appointment, and this was not done. Dr. was already on to the next patient.

Went to Dr. Burk after suffering from major headaches for years. Went to Dr. after Dr. in search of relief/help with the headaches, all just wanted to send me to 'someone else'. Dr. Burk took 1 look up my nostrils, and asked me how long I'd been suffering from the headaches. He could tell just by that 1 look I had sinus problems. After CT scans, etc. he performed MAJOR sinus surgery on me. I wondered for 2-3 years afterwards if I'd made the right decision in getting the surgery. I can now say it was the best thing I did! He is an amazing Dr. Caring, wonderful bedside manner. He also put tubes in my son's ears years ago, and did an amazing job. I made many referrals to Dr. Burk, each completely satisfied with him. He is, in my opinion, the best ENT! I did, BTW, visit other ENT's, none came close to Dr. Burk. You won't be sorry - just relieved.

I don't know how anyone could give Dr. Burk anything but an exceptional rating across the board. He performed sinus surgery on me and it was the best thing I ever did. Finally got relief from years of headaches. He is kind, caring - excellent bedside manner. Seems to genuinely care. He also put tubes in my son's ears year ago - after another Dr. in his office put them in and they fell out 3 days later (due to not listening to what my son's pediatrician said to do). After Dr. Burk, my son has never had another problem.

My daughter had her adnoids removed and tubes in her ears, the post op care was minimal at best and he did not listen to me when I tried to tell him something was still wrong 6 weeks later. My child saw him in the morning and was dismissed basicallt. That night she was admitted to the hospital for 5 days after having a life threatening infection.
