Came in thinking I had bipolar from 2 previous misdiagnoses. He didn't perform a psychiatric evaluation that lasted more than 10 minutes. Misdiagnosed me with bipolar disorder. I later suggested I didn't think it was bipolar disorder and was instead undiagnosed ADHD. He said I, "look like I was a college student looking for study aids." I'm a burnt out salaried engineer. "You can't have ADHD. It's not possible. One of your school teachers would have recommended you when you were 7. It's too dangerous to treat you for ADHD if you have bipolar disorder. I wouldn't treat you even if you did have it." I then got a psychiatric evaluation 7 months later from a different psychiatrist and shadowing NP that lasted an entire hour. It turns out I have ADHD-PI, OCD, Social Anxiety Disorder, Persistent Depressive Disorder, episodes of MDD, Panic Disorder, GAD, possibly PTSD, and I'm getting a neuropsych in January to confirm diagnoses. My stimulants do not make me manic, they make me sleep.

Conversations very hostile. Attacked my character, felt judged, and felt like I was being scolded. He would not give me a chance to explain how severely I was abused last 8 years and " laughed " in my face. I have never been treated this way in my life and I 40 years old. HE IS AWFUL and I would never go there again or take my children. He should be bared and never able to treat anyone again, cus he is NOT there cus he cares. HE DOES NOT CARE! Changed doctors that same day and not one problem. We saw him at the SARNO office Brevard Health Alliance
