What type of doctor's office has air conditioner out and doesn't cancel / reschedule appointments! An apology for inconvenience was ridiculous. It's freaking HOT.. Started getting nauseous and a headache!!! Guess money is more important than patient care
The epidurals were helpful .When a salesman came in with his new piece of equipment that he wanted to sell ,they decided to use it on me as a guinea pig . I can tell there were some of the ladies there that were a little upset about it . Update :They gave me a back brace I didn't ask for and don't use . I thought it was a nice touch . Wrong It got a bill 6 months later for 245.00 after my insurance paid 900.00 for it . Price before discount 3400.00 ..what a racket .
They only have ONE (1) surgeon and He is booked out over a MONTH. This is CONSTANT . SO IF TOU NEED TO SEE THE DOCTOR WHEN TOU HAVE A SETBACK (after surgery ) GOOD LUCK WITH THAT!!!
The wait times are getting out of control. Changes in insurance aren't covering my regular meds. Leave office thinking I'm getting my new meds. Told that's was just temporary. They want to change again. Give me patches which after insurance are $125.00. I don't know what to do. The quality of care has declined. Also new receptionist is useless. Previous receptionist was so much better. Much better multitasking ability. Gave much better and correct info. Overall losing confidence in practice. Pain has increased after procedures on back..
Good doctor. I would recommend Dr. Kaba to anyone in pain. He took care of my back and didn’t push meds. Had my procedure on a Thursday and started feeling significant relief by the weekend.
Went to the Rockledge office , On my third appointment they said oh you have a copay !! If they would have done their job and run my insurance and said I would have a copayment I would have never gone to the first appointment!!! But for them to not do their job and run the insurance and wait till the third appointment to tell me that I have a copayment and by the way now I owe for the first two appointments now also . I would have never gone to this place if they would have said I have a copayment. They didn’t do their job and now are hounding and harassing me for money!! Also did nothing for me because of my illnesses I’m not ELIGIBLE for any kind of injections!!!!!!
My husband went to the facility in Rockledge and after seeing the doctor and determining the spinal injections would be the way to ease his nerve pain he let the office secretary know that before having this procedure done we needed to know what he would owe outside his regular office visit because we thought that it would be covered since it was only injections done at a facility and not a hospital. If not, then he would not be able to proceed with the 2 sets of injections. While in office waiting area the front receptionist had a nurse practitioner call their Melbourne office since this is where the procedure would be performed, at our request to ask if they would or had called our insurance to find out from them what out of pocket we would owe since they do have the codes and info and we do not. While putting her on hold for a bit she gave the answer then hung up and proceeded to tell us you will just owe your regular co payment of $30.00 we were excited because my husband had been battling pain for years and was glad to finally get relief. Then comes the injections that made it worse, then second round a few weeks later helped some but for the last visit following up from the last injections, they informed us on arrival oh you have a balance due (Rockledge office) ..$500.00 and will be receiving another in a week or so if you haven't already for another $123.00. Oh what!? This was all for the injections! So after going to the office manager and explaining what happened he thought it didn't sound right either and said he would get back with us never did as a matter of fact my husband had to call him and after two more conversations he has just avoided the fact we were mislead and this is very unethical standards. If their nurses and office people aren't sure or don't care one way or the other about people's lively hood and just tell them whatever they want them to hear to get their business then shame on them that's a poor and unjust way to run a business. Your clients should be more important that you would take the time to research with the insurance to provide clear accurate info so that families with a limited budget doesn't get stuck with a bill that now has to be paid and couldn't btw even get the rest of the procedure done to finish up my husband's nerve burning. Will pay this and never return and will also be telling everyone to beware of these people and their careless practices.
Have only been twice - so far positive experience. Once for evaluation and once to Melbourne for procedure. There was a wait time - but I am finding that everywhere. This one was reasonable wait.
Dr. Arcos is A GREAT DOCTOR. No complaints there. However, his assistant doesn't return calls / NEVER picks up the phone ... It is impossible to get hold of Dr. Arcos since ever call goes over her; and since the assistant's phone is obviously not even monitored (or ignored), what is the point ... He needs to get someone who actually wants to work. Even great doctors don't get the great reviews they deserve if they have unreliable / lazy support personnel.
Not there to help only there to make money

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
