Brian Haft's Online Review Report Card

I just came from Dr. Haft office. My right eye was bothering me. Dr.Haft is very professional and efficient. This Doctor has honed his craft. He is very knowledgeable. He is diligent in his work and does not have cute and comfortable conversations, which is fine because I needed my eye to be fixed. He gave me coupons for my eye care and gave me some instructions to help recover my eye. Thanks to doctor Haft I have a solution to my eye problem. Oh I forgot to mention! The nurse that helped before I saw the doctor was an angel. She was supportive and very knowledgeable as well.

Dr. Haft saw me the same day I called in for an emergency. His staff and himself were all very sweet! Dr. helped me right away and fixed my issue.

The young lady sitting at the front desk was rude and snippy. There are other places to do business.

I just wanted to wait in the waiting room by myself, and no one was within the waiting area as well, to wait on a family member. I was thrown out of the office rudely, unprofessional, and unreasonably. There are better othamalagist and staffers. I do not recommend. Save your time and money going somewhere else. These medical offices aren't any special privilege office. They are the same office as anybody else.

Yeah the guy is very rude and impatient. It's like paying to get abused.

Dr Haft fit me in the same day or next day for a flare - and has anyday that i have ever been in trouble. staff is lovely, the Dr. is good at his job and is pleasant to interact with. Even with a busy schedule, wait is never too long and office is comfortable.

I rate this doctor a ZERO. The office looked unsanitary and there was a very nasty smell. The doctor did not even take two minutes to examine my eyes. How can he write a prescription if he only asked me once what letters I could read. He did not want to dilate my eyes. When I asked him why , he responded "no time" "next time". I do not recommend this doctor to anybody. He is very arrogant and does not relate to his patients. No bedside manners at this office. His side kick nurse has a horrible attitude. Very short with me as I asked questions. The old old lady he has working for him to collect either has dementia or is just plain dumb. It took her so long to give me change back. She also was very nasty in pointing out that cash is the only form of payment. Not everyone carries cash with them these days. I will be finding another doctor.

Dr Haft is pushy and very mean to his patients. Condescending and very rude. God forbid you ask him any questions about your concerns he will immediately cut you off and give you a blunt answer. His tech also seems to be uneducated and couldn’t answer any questions for me. She was rushed and seemed to be bothered that she actually had to do her job. The office was filled with patients never once did I see them clean any equipment off or take and precautions to avoid spread of Covid

This was my first time visiting Dr. Hafts office and I must say after reading all the negative reviews I was a little apprehensive. Turned out to be a great visit! All the girls from the front desk, to the girls who work with the doctor to the girl who signs you out were all extremely pleasant! I received an excellent exam and explanation of exactly what is going on with my eyes. Will definitely go back next year!
