Dr. Olson is thorough and listens to the parents’ concerns. She took her time assessing my baby and did not make me feel like the list of patients to see next were her priority.

Never get appointment when we need, even if my kids have 103 fever, atleast they should have few locations open for walk ins. They require to call on same day on weekends for after hours. But I cannot call every hour to stay on hold for almost hour to check if there is availability. So I have to take many times my kids to MD Now thats only is the fastest way, I don't have any other options. Disgusting if they say nothing available even in weekdays( mornings) when the schools is open, doesn't make sense.

It’s always been a great pleasure with the staff at Pediatric associates who is friendly, welcoming, understanding accommodating to my daughters needs, and as for Dr. Cynthia Olson, describe how amazing she is as my daughters pediatric doctor every location she helps out. I follow her wherever she is so understanding. Patient kind I am so grateful that she’s been in my daughter’s life since she was a baby.

Our baby was born with severe food allergies and intolerances. Dr. Olson and Doctors of Children did nothing to manage my child's care or diagnose severe symptoms. DO NOT GO TO DOCTORS OF CHILDREN.
