David Simpson did my shoulder surgery through workers comp. I’m a nurse and firefighter and have been in the medical field for years. I can assure you this man has great bedside manner until you are not a $ sign to him. He knows the system very well and abuses it. He doesn’t care about the person. Three months post op and puts me back at full duty as a fireman and the only reason is he doesn’t want to get dropped from the workers comp insurance company. Mind you i’m post injury 1 year writing this and did not continue my care with him. I have nothing to gain. My workers comp does not continue past one year unless I follow up and would never with david. I will contact florida dept of health and file a complaint.

Doctor Simpson was great. The check-in process has room for improvement, and the new(or <2years since visiting) patient form is quite long and tedious. Recommendations 1: Always tell new patients to download the new patient form from online and fill it out ahead of time, else they should plan on at least 30 minutes to fill it out in the waiting room. 2: The online form should be converted into a fillable pdf form to make it easier and more legible. 3: Wait time is longer than expected.

Dr Simpson is a great doctor explaining everything that’s going on with you and with the surgery very helpful would recommend over and over wish we had more doctors like him

Dr Simpson is very petsonable and puts me at ease with his demeanor. Answers question, explains in detail, this most reassuring. Gentle when administering injections. Great experience if you musy go to a doctor
