The doctor was knowledgeable and seemed professional, but after telling me I had no cartilage left and needed a knee replacement and recommending a surgeon, he left the room to tend to another patient. I waited for 2 hours for this doctor and he spent 5 minutes with me. He should have been more caring and spent more more time with me after delivering such a a diagnosis understanding the shock I must be in. But I guess he didn't care.
