If there were zero stars, I would had given it to them. Last night my wife was ill, showed up before they close and was turned away. The attendant was rude and Made a point of telling us that they no longer check people in after 7:45 even though their site says 8pm. To make matters worse, we’re seniors and clearly needed medical assistance. We drove 45 mins to go to that particular location due to past excellent service but jeez, what a difference. Lots not forget the Hippocratic oath which wasn’t important to them but closing on time was. NEVER AGAIN.

The attendant was rude and made a point of telling us that they no longer check people in after 7:45 even though their site says 8 pm. To make matters worse, we're seniors and clearly needed medical assistance. We drove 45 mins to go to that particular location due to past excellent service but jeez, what a difference. Was very pleased with my visit. They were all very professional. The doctor was very thorough. If the need arises again, I would definitely go.

Had an 11am appointment. At 12:20pm still not seen. When I asked about how much longer as I had an appointment. I was told appointments don't really matter they take you in order you came in regardless of having a scheduled appointment. Will not be returning to med express in the future.

They are a bunch of scam artist do not go here whatever you do. This is by far the worst place I've ever been medically. They will scam you out of all your money and do nothing for you.

I had a scheduled appointment for an employer drug screening. Did not get acknowledged by the receptionist until 20 minutes after I came and was not checked-in until 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. While I was in the waiting room a patient asked why she had not been checked in and the receptionist said well that girl (referring to me) is only here for a drug test and we need to check you into a doctor. Not only did she break HIPAA but she also disclosed information from another patient in the waiting room by telling a patient why he was in. The main thing that upset me was how she told basically everyone in the waiting room the reason I was there. She was a short, dark-haired lady. Never going back and wouldn't recommend to anyone. She should be reported for breaking the HIPAA law.
