My first visit to this location and the staff was very nice and helpful and I loved my hygienist!

SAGE DENTAL OF Royal Palm Beach . They were very nice & courteous & I love my new dentures I just have to get used to them & if anybody needs a dentist, I will refer them to ( )SAGE DENTAL( ), ROYAL PALM BEACH.

I wish I could give zero stars. This location is a joke, they make you wait a month or more for an appointment then they cancel the week of and want to schedule you another month away, all while you are crying you are in pain and asking them to see you right away. This happened to me twice, my first visit which I told them didn’t sit right with me, then again for the very next appointment I was scheduled for —Plus I found out they over quoted me over 1,000$ with charging me all these hmo fees . The dentist Juma gave me an attitude for wanting him to explain all these extra tests and procedures he was ordering for me. Then rudely and sarcastically asked me if he answered all of my questions so he could go, after I waited for him to pull a tooth DURING MY APPOINTMENT. I was scheduled for a cleaning they asked me to get out of the chair and wait 20 mins in the waiting room. I left upset . I went to a different dentist for quotes and they charged me approx $300 less per procedure/ thing I need done. I DO NOT RECOMMEND . These are used car salesmen at best .

They were friendly and was willing to discuss any issue. Watch the billing. I was billed for something my wife wasn't and vise-versa. Contacted INS. and they said we should not have been billed. They did refund me but most likely if I didn't do anything...

Sage Dental of Royal Palm Beach is the Best dental facility I have ever experienced. Doctor Zahid Juma is an outstanding dentist and his staff are all also excellent. I was especially impressed with Ahika, the office manager, and with Sandra, Doctor Juma’s dental assistant. Everyone in this dental office is very professional and a pleasure to work with. I have had a number of procedures completed at the Royal Palm Beach office, and I have always been very pleased with the excellent service I have received at this location. Ashley and Anika in the front office are especially welcoming and friendly and I really appreciate the exceptional service they always provide. I highly recommend Sage Dental of Royal Palm Beach.

Dr. Juma and all the staff are very pleasant and make you comfortable to be at the dentist. They tell you what to expect and the number of visits to accomplish your goal.

Excellent service, very friendly and accommodating staff, extremely clean office. Dr. Juma is skilled, very patient, precise and takes time to explain the procedure. I highly recommend this office.

DONT GO HERE!!!! Dr Zahid Juma insisted that I see a Periodontist! I have seen several Periodontists! Every procedure they recommend is Very expensive and not covered by my insurance. I made it very clear that I wasn't interested in seeing Their Periodontist when I had my initial visit last year. I have been doing periodontal cleaning three to four times a year and floss use a water pick etc. I went for my third periodontal cleaning with their hygienist, (who is awesome), and to do some resin fillings. Dr Juma came in the room and suggested that I see Their Periodontist! Dr Juma stated that the Periodontist was in the office and he wanted me to have an appointed with him first. I said NO! I once again explained that I had seen several Periodontists and was not interested in pursuing any of their recommended treatment. I was admit! He insisted that I see him! I once again said NO! I went on to explain that I am 57 years old and am completely aware of the condition of my teeth and the current procedures that Periodontists suggest. Again, he insisted! I again said NO! I want to do the treatment that I am scheduled for. This is about MONEY!!!!!!! I got out of the chair and said I am leaving! He then said that he determines the course of my treatment! I told him that he was mistaken! He can advise or suggest, DR ZAHID JUMA does not get my choices for me!!!!! So rather than have periodontal cleaning today my teeth are going untreated! He had the nerve to say, to a member of the staff, (as I was walking out the door), write a dismissal letter! YA, YOUR DIMISSED ZAHID JUMA!!!
