My mom was treated by Dar. Pedro for a fractured wrist. We had a next day appointment and surgery on the following day. The office staff was very friendly, informative and also very quick. Dar. Pedro was very nice and thorough and she took the time necessary to explain the details of the injury and necessary steps to correct it. The next day the surgery took place and everything went exactly as she explained. My mom has been feeling very good and with no pain at all on the day of the surgery. I feel like Dar. Pedro took very good care of my mother and did everything she could to make it easy and painless. I should say that other patients in the waiting room with the same type of injury shared how happy they were with the results 3 weeks later and with the care from Dar. Pedro and her staff. Later at the hospital we came across another person who shared the same experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dar. Veronica Pedro to all my friends and family.

Waited for over an hour, then she refused to see me after I'd gotten the MRI, because I wanted a local instead of general to remove a tiny cyst from a finger, and I NEVER saw her, the nurse Pract was the only one available for the 1st visit. She stinks.

Dr. Pedro made me feel very comfortable from the very beginning. She went in detailed about my issue the pros and cons basically gave me straight forward information, I was very satisfied with every appointment I had with her. The staff is amazing very friendly and welcoming from the receptionist to the Dr. Assistant to the lady at check out. I have absolutely nothing but positive feedback for them!

The worlds most rudest and disrespectful Doctor ever! If I could give Dr.pedro zero stars I would.

Called this office because I was referred by my pediatrician Someone answered took information transferred me to someone else. Mary Jane is the next person I spoke to she asked many question and kept placing me on hold After about 20 minutes of this mess she said my supervisor will have to call you back I asked why she then said because we have NO appointments available so the supervisor would need to see if I could be worked in. Helen Mary Jane’s supervisor calls back about 30 minutes later and tells me the same thing but now she must reach out to her managerwho now needs to see if the Dr will make the decision to fit me in. Lol😂 never heard anything like it. So I ask are there any appointments available next week next month anything? All I got was we’ll call you back once we speak to our manager sorry Needless to say NO CALLBACK received. I ended up calling my pediatrician for other orthopedic surgeons and made appointment with another for the next day. I’ll be followingup to make sure my child’s medical information is shredded I hope to NEVER deal with this provider again.

Been there three times and Dr Pedro is an effective physician..She appears well versed and is personable,yet firm....I like her.. She studied at Loma Linda in Calf which has a good reputation and that VA hospital, in the same town, is good too.

Have a bad cut on my hand. Was referred by my primary care physician. Could not get an appointment b/c the doctor is going out of town for the holiday next week. No one is on call for this doctor! Spoke to Mary Ann the manager who obviously does not know how to manage the physician's schedule told me no one is on call! I was on the phone for 45 minutes waiting for Mary Ann to deny access to care! Not a very reputable impression. Informed the PCP office about the access issue. Dear doctor, you cannot erase a poor public image.You need to work with your colleagues and own responsibility for covering your practice instead of opening more offices as proclaimed on the recorded message. Also the recorded message says they provide wound care (which is really what I need) and no one at the practice was aware that they offer that service! Impressive but false advertising.Manager Mary Ann should be re-evaluated ...read reviews - she is a horrible PR person for your practice.

I am very happy with Dr. Pedro. She is amazing.Thank you so much.The office girls are also Great. Very caring.

Long wait time. Saw the Nurse Practioner NP rather than the actual doctor for my first few visits and after seeing Dr. Pedro for the first time I felt like the NP didnt really try to figure out my issue. Dr. Pedro really tried to figure out my issue and did the most thorough exam I’ve had. She was kind of rude and interrupted me when I spoke quite a few times but still trying her best to get to the bottom of my issue made up for it.
