List of MIchele Trang Ho's Reviews
Update: I did finally get my prescriptions, albeit after two calls the day after my two hour wait (with an appointment) holding on the phone for 30 minutes and repeating myself to the representative that seemed not to understand my situation. However, I had a similar experience with the lab two days later. Upon arrival I attempted a check in but the employees seemed to be too busy to be bothered, despite the fact that the one closest to me was doing absolutely nothing. Eventually I made my way to the waiting area where I sat for over 20 minutes. During that time I noticed at least three associates walk by and glance in the room where I sat alone, never stopping to ask if I had been helped. Three patients arrived at this point. Finally, a female appeared in the doorway (one of the ones who had walked by a few times before) and asked the patients who arrived after me if they were waiting to have labs done. Tired of the wait and the obvious disorganization of the clinic overall, I spoke up to inform the worker that I had been waiting much longer than any of the other patients. She then told me to follow them. Next, I was directed to a seat in the lab area and noticed that there were three workers, with one patient who was finished. They began to assist one of the patients who arrived after I did. Annoyed, I waited for one of them to assist me. I watched as one of them scrolled on her cell phone, emptied the trash, and took her sweet time before casually strolling the three feet distance to the chair I occupied. “Last name?” Yes, she was so unprofessional. That was all she said to me after all of that. Apparently there was an issue with the paperwork, as the typical complaining ensued between her and the worker staring at the computer screen. By this time I had been there for about 30 minutes. She finally drew my blood and that was it. I was nearly at the front exit when I heard someone calling my name. It was the same worker. She told me that I needed to have a sample as we. Unbelievable. After waiting another five minutes for an open restroom, I provided the sample and I left. The labs were ready days ago; however I have yet to receive a response to my request to have them read and discussed with me. After another 30 minutes on hold and two transfers, I requested that they follow up with me as the symptoms had not subsided. Experience tells me that I should call back again today, as I have yet to receive a call back. I received a generic reply to my initial post from someone who identified as the clinic owner. They stated that I would probably hear from someone regarding my feedback. I’m still waiting… The office staff lacks the training and professionalism necessary for the role. They are rude and dismissive for the most part and seem to be more concerned with carrying on their personal conversations rather than assisting patients. Each time I have been there I have had to wait a minimum of an hour and a half just to be seen with an appointment. Yesterday, I waited for nearly two hours (with an appointment) and not one person I encountered said anything about the wait. Collectively I was there for 2.5 hours, only to be told that labs would not be done because I needed to fast. Of course, this was not mentioned at the time of the appointment. The prescription was not called in yesterday, nor has it been called in this morning. After waiting on hold for over 20 minutes, the person who answered told me that "sometime they get overwhelmed."
Dora is the best! She is very helpful always to my wife and I.
Always kind
Clean and polite :)
Buena atención y calidad del servicio
we have medicaid for low income, they don't have to treat us like a low class. we will be have nicer insurance in the future. Same of people work there.I hope they treat us as human not less.
This a great clinic with many services to offer . You can go walk in and see a doctor. They also have a dentist that you can go walk in to and see. They do bloodwork here, there's an optometrist you can see and get an eye exam and if you need glasses you can get fitted for those also. They also have a full service pharmacy here. So its very well equipped for multiple medical problems. If you go walk in sometimes there's a long wait so I would highly advise getting their as early as possible and you won't wait long at all.
Dora was amazing and did her job wonderfully! She was so kind and patient with me! She helped me fill out an application for insurance and exceeded my expectations. One of the best staff members by far that I’ve met at Suncoast Community Health Center
This is the worst place to go if you have cancer. Its very impersonal, the wait is long, and they didn't even give me a real doctor (It was a PA). I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Wish they had more mental health therapists than they do but the one I see is a kind person who is helpful and caring

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
