I was very pleased with the services I received. All employees were friendly, knowledgeable, and most helpful. Doctor was pleasant as well and took the time needed to thoroughly examine and explain my eye issues.

First trip here after newly taken over. Doctor did a great job on checking eyes and prescription. Sales person helped to decide with information choices for glasses, frames and other options.

I had an appointment today and I was fiveto six minutes late and I was yold zi had to reschedule. Total crock even the doctor's office understand and give you ten minutes. My give minutes of being late eill mess up everyone else appointment. Iam cjanging rye doctor's. I think it was because I was BLACK@

I scheduled an appointment 6 weeks ago.Knowing I would be on vacation this week.My appointment was made at 8:30 with Dr.Sarah Regal. The associate that made my appointment was Beatriz Cabazos.I waited outside till 8:35, I decided to call and got an answering machine. 10 minutes later someone called and left a message indicating that my appointment was scheduled for Tuesday June 22nd.You can imagine the surprise, for a moment I thought I may had made a mistake. That can't be, I have to go back to work. So I went back home to retrieve the card who had made the appointment. Went back to the office to show them my appointment was scheduled today June 18th at 8:30. The rep checked her computer and indicated that someone changed it for June 22nd, NEVER notified me about the changes. The Rep said the dr. is out today and they don't have anyone else due to the COVID. That is unexceptable, especially when I gave 6 weeks notice. The lack of communication is very POOR. Bad customer service.Time to get over with the COVID and move on.This is not the first time they have screwed my appointment. I guess when the Dr.decide they want to take off, they can shift people appointments for their convenience. Not realizing people work for this reason people make appointments that fit their needs .Will not be returning, there is a lot of other places in Suncity who also have better eye glasses selections. Your frames are old, same ones for the past 2 years. Time for upgrades.

Tried to make an appointment. Phone was answered on speaker, had to ask person to take me off speaker, as she could not understand the spelling of my last name, OR the street address. after repeating 3 times, I hung up.
