Randall Warren's Online Review Report Card

Although my meeting with Dr.J Warren was professional, kind & very promising my next appointment with the PA was a “time in hell”. Unless he trains his entry level people & PA, I would not return to that office even if it were the only pain intervention place.

I had my first appointment at Apollo Pain Management today, stuff was great, I have met with Dr. Warren and he was very irritable, not helpful and plain rude. Asking me questions and then cutting me off because he "does not have time to go through my whole history and records". Ultimately, when I mentioned that it doesn`t seem that he listening to me or my concerns, he said: "I am sick of you people coming in and demanding more time with me when your insurance does not pay us enough.. And if you don`t like it you can take it up with your insurance or a congressmen". I was obviously shocked and said that I came here because my insurance (TriCare Prime) approved him as a provider and to get some help to figure out my health issues, and not to be treated like a garbage. to which he said "this meeting is over, I can`t help you" and stormed out of the room. I have never encountered this kind of treatment in a place of business, will not go back there ever again

I am talking to Page and keeping her up on what is going on. So far ... so good. She told me how to switch out the "remote" and to call if I have any problems. I am a happy camper.

WARNING TO ALL SENIORS; DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!! My Loving, kind, sweet Mother went. She was 81 yrs old. She suffered in pain for years. She was on a strong narcotics, and this "So Called" Doctor, took my mother off her Narcotics and made her go without anything for an entire month. She was suffering in agony, crying, going through withdrawals, at 81 years old!!! Then he gave her a very weak substitute, after giving her injections, that caused her so much PAIN, and didn't help her at all, but caused her so much PAIN!!! She was crying for days, because of the shots he gave her!!! The medication he prescribed didn't help her, she was in withdrawals at 81 yrs of age???My mother is dead now, and I truly believe she died earlier than she would have, if she had never gone to this person possing as a Dr. He prescribed medications, that she should never been prescribed. ( blood pressure medication, she was already taking two, as well as, other medications that should never have been prescribed to her )! I'm unsure how he got a degree!?? He isn't a compassionate man at all. Please, Don't take your loved ones to this person.. We are now mourning the loss of our Sweet, Loving, Kind, Caring Mother, all because of this Cracker Jack Box guy, possing as a Dr.!!!

I saw Dr Warren for my chronic lower back pain that was not alleviated by physical therapy. He doesn’t just hand out pills, but he works to alleviate the source of the pain using injections and other methods. I could not believe that he was able to get me pain-free for four months at a time. And now, I am considering my next options and hopefully I will be pain-free for longer periods of time. I highly recommend him if you have chronic pain.
