Francis Butler's Online Review Report Card

DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR - He made a competent woman go in a deeper depression n I feel he, Mr. Kevin Butler, needs to be reviewed by boards, is responsible for my aunts death. I reached our to him n never called back.he is horrible! He also doesn't follow the HIPPA LAW regarding POA he took her life!

I didn't actually get to see the doctor. I want to warn people that the answering service here is exceptionally hostile and rude. If you don't want to be chewed out, don't ask them any questions. Just give your name and number and get off the phone as soon as possible.

I have been seeing him for years. He has always been insightful, caring, and friendly. More importantly, he will listen and adjust medications to provide the patient with the best possible outcome. Guy is pretty funny too, making him super easy to talk to.

Dr. Butler gave me a chance with his compassion and understanding he listened to my needs and guided me to the help that I needed.

This is truly the worst doctors office I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with. They are extremely rude and uncaring, they do not follow through with what they tell you. I’ve been recording my phone conversations with Desiree, and when I called them out for lying (Mary) they still try to deny it. The doctors office had to create a new page, by changing the name and Initials around because they had so many negative, extremely unhappy clients. They run it like a pill mill, you never see the actual doctor, you’re speaking to someone that is looking on the computer or down at a piece of paper with the same questions they go over with you each time, never diving into any subject to give you coping skills for. It starts from the very beginning, when we were still going in for office visits. Consistently having to wait 45 minutes to almost 2 hours for your scheduled appointment, they have no regard for anyone else’s time but themselves. This is a dangerous, extremely unprofessional office!! I will definitely be reporting to the Better Business Bureau and state offices. If you’re considering this office/doctor, run the other way as fast as you can!!

My last name is Antonellis now. I just want to say that this is the only place that helps me and doesnt just brush my panic attacks off. They take it seriously. I see Destiny and she is wonderful. I truly feel like she understands me and doesnt make me feel like its not that big of a deal. The receptionist, Mary is nice and always makes sure to give destiny a note explaining if I am struggling. I am so lucky to have found this place. I am finally feeling sone relief. Thank you.

One of a kind: I’ve been seeing Dr. Butler since 2000. Thats going on 20 years. He is one of the greatest Doctors out there. He saved my life. I got all my in-laws to see him also... Mary is a saint and my lifeline when the Doctor is busy. She takes care of everything. As a Behavioral Health Care Office it’s difficult juggling all the different patient personalities and all the different medications that goes along with that. Having said that they do an awesome job. Thank you Dr. Butler, Mary, Desiree and RICH!

Dr. Butler actually listens to me about my medicines and side effects. He is great at medicine combinations to treat all symptoms and side effects.

Best psychiatrist I've ever had, hands down. Dr. Butler is insightful, caring, and personable. I can honestly say after 15 yrs, I have had nothing but positive experiences with him and his staff.

This office is terrible. You never see the same provider twice. You're passed around like a village bicycle. They don't refill prescriptions after your appointments. Then when you call to tell them they made a mistake they argue with you to make you schedule another appointment to get your refills. I've filed complaints against this office with the Florida Department of Health and the Florida Board of Medicine for patient abandonment and ethics violations.
