I went to the ER for high blood pressure last night. High blood pressure is a relatively new condition for me. Dr. LaFleche took his time to explain that it takes time to come up with the correct combination of medications to get my blood pressure under control. What works for one might not work for another. He reassured me that everyone has their own "normal", but there is a standard that is strived for in every patient. I was glad that Dr. LaFleche provided me with great information and I left the ER feeling better about how to move forward living with high blood pressure. Thanks Dr. LaFleche!

Rude, Obnoxious, Uncaring, Dismissive. If he is your doctor at Mease Countryside Hospital ER. WALK OUT but be ready to be berated prior to leaving. Absolutely the worse doctor I have EVER had the misfortune of coming across. He was the final straw for me with Baycare.

On Feb 17 I had the terrible experience of meeting LaFleche who saw me in the e r for perhaps a minute. He was unmedical and showed no interest in my medical condition! He announced a diagnosis , announced a Rx and disappeared. That was after I had waited in the lobby for three hours. He was a waste of time

This guy has the WORST bedside manner. He’s dismissive of the patients concerns and outright rude. If we come to Mease Countryside ER again and get him, we’ll walk out.

Went to ER with a tooth abscess and swollen lymph nodes. He was very kind and treated me correctly. I was able to get treatment which gave me time to see my endodontist.

I saw This doctor when I was in massive pain. The staff at the hospital was wonderful but he ruined my experience. He didn't listen and he treated me like I was a cadaver and not a patient. His bedside manner was horrible and he treated me like an addict and not a patient in real pain. Multiple times he brought me to tears and my examination was excruciating. He didn't listen and interrupted me constantly. At the end he didn't even have an idea what was wrong with me and sent me home. He should not be an ER doctor.

Dr. Lafleche seems to look at medicine as a job. He clearly does not have a passion for it. He will spend 20 seconds with you, telling you that your wrong. He loves complementing himself in every chance he gets. I don't know how he is still a doctor. He won't listen to anything you have to say because it's not about him. If I were you and you had an emergency and were forced to go to Mease Countryside Hospital.... RUN FOR THE HILLS IF YOU GET THIS DOCTOR!!!
