My husband saw Dr. Zachary for 3 years. The Dr. Upped the dose of my husbands testosterone. When my husband did a blood test his testosterone markers were out the roof. He called the office to discuss his test results with Dr.Zachary. He did not hear back. A couple of weeks later he had his yearly exam. He thought for sure he’d find answers to his question. When he was at the clinic, the power shut down. They sent patients home & told them they will reschedule once the power comes back on. My husband called 2 more times over 2 weeks to speak with the doctor. It appeared to be that the receptionist did not pass the messages on. During the last call to the office my husband asked the receptionist if Dr. Zachary doesn’t prefer to give call backs, since he has not returned his calls. My husband is a kind man & would never insult a doctor’s ability to treat. Dr. Zachary’s receptionist lied & told the doctor that my husband said some things to insult his job performance. It’s totally unbelievable! Patients beware…The staff & the doctor really do not communicate well. And the receptionist’ are not truthful & are very dishonest to cover their mistakes. If you want a hands on, in communication type of doctor & staff this is not the office for you.

Two years after cancer surgery! Adenocarcinoma! You let that thing grow inside me for months! I still have nightmares! One just woke me up again, so I’m writing this! I hope anyone going to see you runs away! I trusted you to care for me! I paid you to care for me! I paid your feckless staff to care for me! You walked into the exam room and said “I don’t have your report yet.” Then nothing for months! Your office staff has lied several times! All of you have added to my anxiety and PTSD! All of you should resign ! I’m forever changed because of what you did! Resign! Don’t hurt another patient!

Highly recommend. Very courteous and answers your questions. Has fulfilled our needs since 1987. Staff has always been helpful and friendly also. Short wait times.

After 3 lithotripsy treatments the kidney stone he said was gone was not. Emergency surgery at Tampa General removed it. I may still lose my kidney due to a massive infection. If you value your life do not see this doctor.

Worst doctor, ill-equipped in the field, a random Google search would give you a better diagnosis. His office assistant Dalia is one of the worst, least professional individuals I have ever encountered in my 50 years on this earth.
