Dr Rashkin is great, his staff is poor and not patient friendly, Last visit he renewed my BPAP script but the provider couldn't fill the request because the "Go Scrip" was eligible, they couldn't read the required machine settings. They requested clarification but they hadn't heard back from the doctors office. I called to talk to the nurse responsible for the data but the call went to voicemail. Hopefully she reads her messages and corrects this issue as the machine is essential to my health.

Dr. Raising is a very knowledgeable of his field. I feel very comfortable going to him and asking any question i have and the always answer them so that i can understand what he is saying

great fellow and doctor mothers been with him for years. However, someone in his office said its illegal for someone to pay cash and have health insurance. Seemed weird called my health insurance and also googled. She might want to read up on it. you aren't cheating anybody by choosing to pay cash and not use or in the case it is not take the insurance. My old doctor did this at the beginning couple years ago.

Dr Rashkin was my Dr for a few years. He was out of the office so I had a visit with Nurse Practioner Heather. I absolutely loved her. Very caring and went over every detail and question I had. Most importantly I left there feeling someone understood me and gave me as many answers she could. Something Dr Rashkin did not do. I am having a CT chest scan and will see her after. Because of my not trusting Dr Rashkin any longer I have switched to Dr. Romero. He is beyond excellent! I can’t say enough good things about him. He has helped me tremendously and I feel very blessed to have him now taking care of me. Dr. Rashkin missed the fact that I had Trachea cancer that started back in 2016 while I was seeing him. I went several times a year complaining I couldn’t breathe. It took another Pulmonologist Dr. Brown to catch it. Thank God. Between him and Dr. Romero I ‘might’ be able to beat this very rare cancer.

Refused to see me as a patient bc I don’t have a primary care physician referring me, yet have been diagnosed with asthma and having trouble with my lungs and explained I was looking for a new pulmonary specialist. Obviously do not care about people and are in medicine for the wrong reasons. Absolutely ridiculous.
