I liked Dr.Hobson but at a follow up appt. his nurse practitioner came in instead of Dr. Hobson She was pleasant and seemed knowledgeable however two things left me not happy. One was not once did she mention any testing to me but when I went to check out I was told That I was to have a stress test. I had no idea why. I moved here from MI and have had two ablations for a fib and flutter. Before moving my electrophysiologist did thorough testing on me and said nothing more but my regular ekgs were necessary for several years unless having issues. I was prescribed a new medication that is contradicted for people with heart rhythm irregularities. Since I have that issue I felt very uncomfortable taking it. I only learned of that side effect by researching myself. My primary doctor also questioned why that had been prescribed. I have not been back to this office since that visit partially due to everything with Covid but also because I am uncomfortable with the last visit.My Experiences with Dr.Hobson have been fine and I have no complaints with his care.

Excellent care and more efficient than past experiences. However my wait to be seen was long 45 minutes past my appointment time.

When I saw Dr Nguyen he emails my prescriptions to my pharmacy and I left the office visit without a copy of the medications he wants me to stay on. Unknown to me he wanted me to stay on eliquis but the prescription was never received by my pharmacy so I didnt know he wanted me to stay on that medication.Then when I saw Dr Hobson he says why arent you on eliquis. And I explained what happened. Also I mentioned Im getting very dizzy from one of the medications and he stated to me were not here to deal with your medications today.They gave me a 30day free supply for eliquis however its not honored when youre on State insurance. This medication is very expensive and I was in the donut hole. I feel like Im just a number and not a patient.
