Dr. Lonnie Klein passionately and methodically diagnoses urinary issues and stays with you to perform necessary procedures to remedy issues. Plus he personally follows up afterwards to make sure all is good. His entire office staff is very efficient and pleasant. Danielle Lexa Sue and Erin have always addressed my medical needs and numerous questions in a timely manner. My first contact with Dr. Kleins office was because of blood in urine Lexa gave me an immediate appointment. Billing and insurance claims over the last 2 years have been efficient timely and accurate. All around very professional medical providers led by a doctor that truly practices as it is supposed to be done.

I have been seeing Dr. Klein for many years and he always goes above and beyond to make sure I understand whats going on. Hes very personable and takes time with patients never feeling rushed.

Although I was referred to 2 Urologists by my PCP I chose Dr Klein based on experience and reputation. I work in health care field so am kind of picky about the practitioners I go to. Dr Klein is a very caring physician and excellent clinician. Although I am sure the majority of his patients are men I would highly recommend him to women. I initially thought I would find a female urologist because I had heard some bad stories about male urologists taking on female patients.. He is thorough and has a wonderful bedside manner.

Dr. Lonnie Klein I’ve been a patient of Dr. Klein since 2017. After he put me through a battery of test. I was diagnosed with BPH incomplete bladder emptying enlarged prostate and urinary frequency. I hated urinating in any public restroom because men would come and go while I just stood there verily dribbling. I could not get a good night sleep because of constant trips to the bathroom. Dr. Klein knew exactly what to do he prescribed me a couple of medications that gave me much needed relief for the short term but I need a surgical procedure that would offer me a more long term fix without the medications. After procrastinating because I read so many horror stories on Dr. Google I was able to come to a decision because of Dr. Klein’s kind friendly and professional nature. He never pushed me but always encouraged me and Nov. 2019 I had the Urolift procedure and now in 2021 I’m still very happy with what Dr. Klein did for me he’s the best and my wife was so impressed with the care he gave me she is now a patient of Dr. Klein. I often wonder why it took me so long to come to grips with what is now so obvious. I trust Dr. Klein and I believe you can to. Calvin W. 81921

When I fired Dr. Klein he sent me a nastygram stressing the importance of following up with my new physician. I requested in writing that my records be transferred to my new physician. It has been over a month and he hasnt received them. Called Kleins office and was told Share Care was handling all record requests. Called Share Care and found out they had no record of me and no knowledge of Dr. Klein. Dont know which is worse their pathetic care or their pathetic office management I could never get into their patient portal. I will remind Dr. Klein that he is required by law to forward my medical records and take legal action against him if his lack of attention has in anyway harmed my medical condition.

Thank you Dr. Klein for not only treating my illness but for treating me like family. Your staff and you have been so kind in the way you care for me. I am grateful to be your patient and grateful to be healthy.

Dr. Klein is an outstanding urologist. He is very thorough knowledgeable and compassionate. I had a urolift procedure that provided 100 percent relief from my BPH condition. I rely on his counsel for all my urology issues and he always provides the right response and treatment. There is no one better.

My husband has been a patient of Dr. Klein for at least 10 years. Dr. Klein is a very thorough conscientious and caring doctor leaving no stone unturned pun intended. He is also very direct so his insistence on getting certain tests done when he requests them is strictly for the benefit of the patient to make sure that everything is in working order. When my husband was admitted to the hospital for a kidney infection and bleeding Dr. Klein immediately stepped up and took charge of his case and made sure he was seen every day to follow through. My husband was also scheduled for surgery by Dr. Klein but couldnt do it on the arranged date due to his reinfection but Dr. Klein even came in on his own scheduled day off to make sure he got the surgery before leaving the hospital. I highly recommend Dr. Klein and thank him and that any patient seeing him does what he recommends for treatment. Dr. Kleins caring and know how are stellar.

Dr. Klein discovered diagnosed and fully discussed my condition and the future decisions that had to be made for a mass on my kidney. He performed a flawless nephrectomy and saved my life as it was diagnosed as cancer. He treated me with compassion understanding and shared a great wisdom for his profession. All anxieties were eased by his professionalism and dedication to MY health needs. He discussed all possibilities and laid out recommendations for my condition and all were held true. I was impressed by his attention to detail and standing behind his work as my whole procedure went as well as can be expected and everything he promised it would be. Daily visits post surgery and always available to answer any and all concerns I had before and after surgery. Professional and very knowledgeable doctor I am very fortunate to have met. He saved my life.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Klein for over 7 years. He is the absolute best at what he does. He listens he explains and he covers everything. He takes his time and answers every question or concern you may have. He is proactive when treating you. His staff is caring and compassionate. We recommend Dr. Klein to anyone needing a urologist and would give him 10 stars if we could.
