List of Nanda Nair's Reviews
I always have an excellent and professional experience with all my baycare doctors.
Dr NAIR is Great. Happy to have him as my cardiologist
It was pleasant.
Everyone — from sign interpreter front deskreceptionist nurse Doctor follow up scheduling desk person— we’re friendly helpful and made a real effort to ensure I knew exactly what was going on at all times.
Dr. Nair is a caring attentive physician. I consider myself lucky to be his patient.
Always so pleasant while being so efficient. I feel well taken care of there.

I chose to see this doctor after reading all the good reviews. I was having acute onset tachycardia with shortness of breath and had an episode where heart rate was in the 130s. I ended up in the ER for 4 hours. Dr. Nair was patient and overly thorough ordering echo cardio gram stress test and heart monitor for 7 days. I asked him at the first office visit if my heart issue could be from a hormonal imbalance since I was starting to have signs of perimenopause. He dismissed this immediately. After having all the tests done Dr. Nair sat me down to tell me that all my tests came back normal and that the heart monitor showed tachycardia however they were brief amounts of time. He then told me that my acute onset of tachycardia was because I was overweight even taking the time to draw me a graph that demonstrated the heart rate of an athlete vs. an out of shape person. He then told me that if I wanted to “CURE” my tachycardia that I needed to engage in 30 minutes of cardio exercise daily. I thanked him for explaining that but then asked what that had to do with this acute onset of my heart rate and shortness of breath. I had actually lost almost 20 pounds when this started and NOTHING had changed. I found my self out of the blue having heart racing in 130s and felt like ran around the block winded after walking 10 feet to the bathroom. My Gyn put me on hormone therapy and within 3 weeks my tachycardia was GONE. It was because I had a hormonal imbalance His office also forgot to mention that I would have 3 copayments for the heart monitor. One for them to place it on me one for the device itself and one for the DR. to look at the report. I was told that the office would have offered me their billing codes to submit to my insurance so I could get an estimated cost but why would I think this was different than the echo cardiogram or stress test. They did not tell me they used an outside company for this and now I am hoofing a bill I honestly don’t think I should pay. The dr. reading the test should be part of our office visit. Just beware and make sure you ask for billing info before you commit for testing.
I found Dr. Nair to be abrupt and impatient with me during my visit for breathing issues. He did not explain his treatment plan and how the diagnostics he ordered would assist in further identifying of my issues. He did not offer me options. His knuckle bump greeting was offense to me. It would of been more gracious if he had just greeted me and introduced himself. I will not return to his office..

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
