Dr Brown saw my mother at the hospital. His bedside manners is horrendous. Clearly his 5 rating is misleading. He clearly pays for reputation management. He came highly recommended and was a complete disappointment. He told my mom he didn’t really want her to be his patient because she had such complex medical issues. He continued to tell her this is the end of the road she is just a downhill spiral. He questioned the opinions/diagnosis of specialists from university of Pennsylvania with no basis. My husband and I have taken care of my mother for twelve years so we get the overall idea that her lungs are getting weaker. Maybe that was all he needed to say given he doesn’t want her as a patient. He scared her to death and is causing her unnecessary worry over health issues she can’t change. His presentation is grossly distasteful and disrespectful to any elderly patient! As a member of the medical community myself for the past twenty years, I guess he’s arrogant enough to think he should pick and choose patients. A good doctor won’t run away from a challenging case but meets it with professionalism! Devin his PA was awesome. Completely different bedside manner. It’s a shame Dr Brown’s behavior overpowers Devins professionalism, kindness, and reflects on him poorly. Dr Brown is not setting a good example for the next generation of providers!

Dr Brown, Probably one of the best Doctor I've had in my life , He cares about you like you are family, I will alway appreciate him for going above & beyond & being thorough, As a patient you couldn't ask for anything more ! A man of his word, Who will tell it like it is ! Thank You !! Dr Brown .

I am blessed that he was the one who did my bronchoscope yesterday. He found the answer that so many others missed for the last couple of years that has caused me a poor quality of life with breathing issues. Thank you God for putting in my path. He is very friendly and caring. Wonderful, wonderful human being. Thanks Dr Brown for being you!
