When he came out to the waiting room, I thought he was the janitor. He is huge, sloppy, and unkept. But the worst of it was his appearing to lack knowledge regarding his chosen field of study, his disdain, lack of empathy and offering no help or suggestions whatsoever. Worst experience I have ever had at a doctor's appointment.

Easy to see why he has a malpractice history. He presents as obese in clothes that look like he slept in them, was unprofessional, curt, unlistening, the worst doctor we have ever been to. Avoid this doctor.

I went to Dr Groom with test results for Lyme Disease. He did not know how to read the report,I had to educate him on reading a wester blot.
