List of Trent Williams's Reviews
Poor follow up. They assured me my prescriptions would be sent to pharmacist. Waited 2 hrs at the pharmacy no prescriptions received. Call doctor's office. They assured me it would be sent by end of day. Next day still no prescriptions. Called again and they had me leave message for nurse, 48 hrs later and still no response. Called again waited on hold the usual 45 min receptionist tells me all she can do is leave a message for the nurse. Ask for a supervisor and the supervisor assured me that the prescriptions would be called in.
I had my hysterectomy with Dr Williams. Great surgeon…very talented and caring manner.
Wonderful surgeon. He fixed a long standing problem that other doctors did wrong. Highly recommend this Dr.
Absolutely worst experience I’ve had at the doctors office. Dr. Williams couldn’t be bothered to take five minutes to listen to what I was here for. Continue to interrupt me when I was trying to tell him about my symptoms just so he could finish his exam and get out of the room. He literally couldn’t leave the room fast enough. Absolutely terrible physician. He needs to retire. I’ve been in medicine 26 years and I would never treat a patient the way he treated me. He should be embarrassed my how he just treated me. I expressed this to his medical assistant and the checkout person and not one of them bothered to try to have some resolution while I was in the office. I will be letting them know with my patient satisfaction review when I get the text from their office. Beware this is not someone who you want to see if you were looking for a caring physician.
This was a terrible experience. I literally left the office in tears. He was recommended to me my Physical Therapist because they had heard nothing but good comments from other patients. The only thing I can think is that he had absolutely no interest in helping me. He was in a rush the entire time I saw him (which in told was maybe 15 minutes...and I'm being gracious) and on two occasions I had to ask him to stop from leaving the room because I had questions or wanted him to look at records I brought. My therapist sent the office all the PT records and tests, but he had no I idea I was in therapy. I can only conclude that once again he didn't look at any of the records that were provided to him. I printed out 5 years of medical records to discuss the issues I have been having and I literally had to beg him to look at some photos I had brought. I told him that I thought my current Dr. was treating the symptoms and not root cause of my issue and that was what I wanted corrected. He asked if I had shown the photos to my current Dr. SERIOUSLY? Then he asked what my current Dr.'s response to the photos were. THAT WAS IT! No, this doesn't look normal, or maybe we should investigate this. He asked me what my current Dr.'s plan was and I told him. He said, "yeah, that sounds like a good plan. I'd follow that." My response was, 'but what is causing this?'. He replied, "I don't know. You need to discuss that with the Urologist." WHAT? I was here for a second opinion!!! I said, "Aren't you Urogynecologist?!" "Yes, but I mainly do surgeries." He diagnosed me with Interstitial Cystitis, when the BIOPSY RESULTS I BROUGHT WITH ME stated I had Follicular Cystitis and Denudation of the Urothelium. I asked him 'If I have IC, what do I do about it?' He replied, "There is no cure for IC". I responded, "well would you recommend a diet or something?" I'M SUGGESTING TO HIM...THE DOCTOR....WHAT HE SHOULD BE TELLING THE PATIENT!!!!! He replied, 'Yeah. Nurse get her a C diet please'. Then I broke down. I've been dealing with chronic pain for 2 years and the people I put my faith in to make me better have no interest in doing so. It was disgusting.
After consulting with three urologists, another uro-gynecologists, and two gynecologists, I found Dr. Williams and received a diagnosis and a treatment plan. Long story short, he is a exceptional physician. Takes time to answer your questions treats you as a partner in your care. Highly recommend
Did Not pay attention to My Mothers Questions, But pay more Attention to pretty Woman that work in the Back, Unprofessional Flirtatious very unprofessional, At 1st thought was Maybe his Wife? But he said Divorced, with a Smart Comment. I guess he a Good Doctor. Did Help Mom. But stop with the workers and pay Attention to your Patients, Dr.Williams was in an out, like my Mom Meant nothing to him! ...
He saved me!! Professional and great with patient education.
The office front desk is rude and no help whatsoever. I can't say how the Dr. is because we went some place else where your health matters!
Dr. Williams was one of the most compassionate doctors I've seen in many years. I drove over an hour to see him due to someone else's recommendation for those of us with white coat anxiety syndrome. His manner quickly put me at ease. He spent almost an hour carefully answering my questions and running tests. I left his practice for another only because of the distance I had to drive if surgery turned out to be warranted. He was thorough, efficient, and patient. Highly recommend.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
