Adnan Faruqi's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Faruqi is a great choice for all your Pain Management needs. As a former Healthcare professional for 27 years, I have worked at hospitals in Wisc. and Illinois, (4 in all) and with many physicians, both in Surgery and on Pain Management teams, so I think this qualifies me to be able to say you'll never find a nicer doctor, who actually listens to you and your Painful symptoms, who is also an Anesthesiologist, MD. Dr. Faruqi's office staff are the best, and the "Suite" is able to conduct "Outpatient" procedures "In-House", without having to go to the Hospital! 5 STARS!

Dr. Faruqi is by far the very best around in his field, probably in all of Florida . He actually cares about his patients and in less than two months of being his patient he has helped me more than my previous pain doctor did in 5+ years. When I went to him I was on a walker and in a wheelchair. I told him everything, left nothing out. He helped me with my pain, which made my life bearable and we discussed what should help me. We discussed what should be done first. I felt comfortable and trusting him. He doesn’t tell you what he’s going to do and that’s that. No, he asks you. He gives you options. If you say he make the decision he will agree but you know everything that he will do and what he is doing. My trip to him is 2 hours round trip. I could choose someone closer. I don’t want to. I don’t want to lose him. I am not in a wheelchair anymore. I don’t have to ride a scooter anymore. Don’t need my walker anymore. I am walking pain free and pushing myself to walk faster. I do have about 3 more procedures, and this Wed, (Apr 11, 2023) we are doing just that. Before the year is out I will be all done with my back. Next, the neck. He said you won’t be hurting anymore. I trust him 100%. I’m even off of pain medication!!

Turning my mother into an opioid addict 1 month at a time. Every month on refill day I watch her act like a m e t h addict while on oxy for days at a time. Never met someone on pain meds that had the energy to stay awake for 5 days straight. I’ve called and left messages and he still fills the scripts.

Dr Faruqi is absolutely THEE best! Elizabeth SJA’s review is spot on. I don’t know what else to say. He is the first doctor since 2015 that has actually done something to find the cause and implement a plan to fix what is fixable. And if the insurance denies something, he doesn’t give up! He keeps at it. My life is drastically improved since coming to him and we can’t be happier. I say “we” because these problems don’t only affect the person suffering from them, they affect the whole family. Things are much harder and more depressing when you can’t take care of your family or spend time with them. Thank you Dr Faruqi!

I tell Dr. Faruqi all the time "you gave me my life back." This Doctor listens, ask questions, talks to you about what can be done on a short term and also adds in a long term with hopefully great results. He includes you on what he would like to do. If you don't like it he will suggest another if there is one. He gives you what you need to get through towards that next procedure. When I first saw him I was on a walker for very short walks to a wheelchair. He's wonderful. He has me off the walker, I'm on a cane and I still have to use a wheelchair for long distance, but I'm not screaming and crying. This man knows his job in helping people to live the best life possible. I give this Dr. 15 stars. You will not regret your visit with him at all. Wonderful Doctor. We need more like him. Did I tell you that I travel one hour one way just to see him or have procedures at the Surgical Center? I could keep going. You won't be sorry. You hurt? Dr. Faruqi and his staff are just wonderful! Kathy at the front desk is kind and helpful. Dr. Faruqi has THE BEST bedside manner. He is kind and compassionate. He actually listens to the issues you are having and does what he can to help. I never feel rushed by him during my appointments. :)
