He didn't seem concerned about the reason for my visit he's very arrogant and did very little to address the problem that I visited the ER for it was a waste of my time and my insurance money

What an amazing physician! Came with my father who was ill and he was so compassionate and understanding of my father that I was BLOWN AWAY. Never have I had a physician in the Emergency Room who cared so much for patients. Thank you Dr. Alzate!

Dr. Alzate not only was very courteous in seeing me but he also explained to me thoroughly why I was having the symptoms I was having, as well as giving me an accurate diagnosis. Went to my primary care the next day and they told me the same. Very pleasant doctor.

I saw this individual at Starke Shands ER per advice from my primary doctor. If you care about your health or your loved ones' health, DO NOT see this doctor. He is extrememly rude, does not listen to you, does not check what medications you are presently taking, and will not look at your injuries. Instead he prescribes painkillers without really knowing what is going on. I consulted a pharmacist with the medicaitons he prescribed because I don't trust him as far as I can throw him. His ego is truly ruining his quality of care, which to me, is practically non-existant. Beware of this quack!
